Good family stay and comfortable
The property was lovely and comfortable. The instructions were pretty clear and was able to communicate well and Hamza was very helpful.
The AC controller was not in English but we managed to speak to Hamza who assisted us as it was very cold when we arrived and the TV was very small.

Perfect location, modern, well equipped, comfortable with staff/owners that can’t do enough for you.
Lovely house with everything you could possibly want. Spotlessly clean. I arrived a bit early and bumped into the cleaners and they were the nicest people and so helpful with information about parking in the city centre and getting around locally. My family and I had a really lovely stay and this gorgeous property and I will definitely be back again.

Lovely property in great location for the Chinese Quarter, Edgbaston and the Gay Village.
Location, cleanliness, support from host.
Some minor issues in need of repair. These have been reported to the host, and he has stated they will be attended to promptly.

Comfortable rooms and beds. Good and prompt communication with hosts.
Some confusion with parking spaces out the back and could have done with more cutlery for the size of our group.

A couple of small issues - no iron and ironing board. Not enough cutlery for a house that sleeps 10 people. Also, the door entry keypad isn't secured properly. And some cosmetic work that would make this property even better.
