A little bit of nature within the NEC

We weee a large group and used all the glasses and plates but there’s nowhere to wash them up (had to take them in the shower with me)

I loved this property we booked 2 of the woodland bungalows, one over water and one not, both were fabulous, the bed was so comfy, the sofa bed less so, but still fine, i loved how thoughtful all of the details were, the plants and pictures it was like home from home. i loved that there was a steamer!!! so thoughtful, the only thing i looked for that wasn't there was a full length mirror, but it didn't affect my stay at all, just that was the only criticism i have (which is nothing i know!!) which shows that i cant think of anything else bad to say, it was excellent.

Clean and well equipped, the staff couldn’t do enough for you!

Access. Even tho there were trollies to transport items from the path, the lack of carpark directly next to the gate was a frustration.

The location and the actual pod are really good. The bed was comfy enough. The space in the pod is big enough too. And the bathroom was large for the size of the pod.

It was not really clean. Nothing really bad, but you could tell they don't really clean everywhere. Some corners here and there had noticeable "old" dirt in them. That includes the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Now, the worst bit for me was that there were loads of rats around the grounds, obviously not in the pods, but since it's behind a big hotel (loads of waste), by a little lake and it's all lawn and dirt, it's very easy for the rats to be around and dig underneath the actual pods, they just live there. Not sure why the hotel and the AvantGlamp people just don't try harder to get rid of them. For that reason, I'm not coming back even though the rest was ok.
