The only thing was the powercut in the morning. As 3 ladies we couldnt use the hairdryer or our straighteners to do our hair

Modern and clean facilities.

Power cut during the night. Therefore no heating. No reply to messages regarding the issue until later in the morning. Some muddy areas where paving shingle not spread properly leaving bare muddy areas on paths.

great location for NEC - would not have been quite so great if raining!

dirty sink in one of the bathrooms, not pleasant. Dustbin inkicthen should be bigger and closed in so smells dont radiate into the open plan. The kitchen area would benefit from a sink and microwave.

Nice pods for a short stay

The interior was high spec and very snug. The fairy lights on an evening were very cute and the staff were very helpful.

The sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable We lost power a few times and the cabins face each other so not a lot of privacy

2 power cuts during the stay, the path from the gates to the pods was uneven and could do with being re-laid, rats were also present along the path from the gate to the pods.

I wasn't aware that house-keeping doesn't come in and make up your room each day, but it's a small price to pay for the glamping experience. I also needed fresh towels, but it just took a quick WhatsApp message with the host and it was sorted.

Peaceful and very clean.

This is very nicely done. Easy check in. Clean, tidy and organised throughout. Loved the trolleys to carry bags. Coffee machine, kettle with different pods and biscuits (but no info about the pods so don’t know how intense the coffee you’re having is.)

There could be more signage from the car park to the main gate and on site to help with knowing which pods are where otherwise it’s a guessing game to find your pod number.

The property was very clean and cosy, it heated up very well. We felt comfortable during our stay and it was easy to access

The usual access to the site was broken so we had to walk all the way round in the cold which was a bit difficult. Also there was no shower gel in the bathroom

Nice and cozy, bed was so comfortable. Shower and bathroom was nice size and easy to use.

Not much just needed a microwave and Instruction for the ac in the pod would have been nice but I contact the hosts and they provided me with instructions so it was good.

Very modern, clean and has a luxurious feel. Heating in there works a dream and is very warm and cosy

Wonderfully comfortable pod, however on this stay it was hampered by the above.

The AC (heating source) was not working on my arrival (it was 11 degrees) it was freezing. I contacted AvantGlamp via whatsapp and help was immediate, although it did not solve the issue immediately, a short power cut then followed. After maybe 15 minutes the power came back on and the heating began to work. Thankfully. A complimentary stay to experience the wonderful pod as it should be would be gratefully received? The location was ideal! It was super close to the NEC and all local amenities, whilst being secluded in it's own little area. Being able to stay in nature whilst not being far away from the event and restaurants etc was ideal.

It was in a off beat location which is perfect. The room was lovely and cosy. Perfect for a weekend away with your partner or friends. It was beautiful presented and looked exactly like the photos. Was peaceful and quite.

I didn't like how there wasn't a door mat. And with the weather been bad with rain, walking in with wet shoes didn't feel nice. The fridge was abit small, I know its a log cabin but a bigger fridge would of helped. Especially with 4 adults and if people are staying for longer. As that cupboard seemed a waste with such a little fridge.

Very pleasant stay overall

The pod was spotlessly clean, fantastic location with resorts world just a few minutes walk away. I booked one of the over lake pods which would have been perfect had the weather been better but as it had been raining we were unable to use the furniture as the cushions were wet. On arrival there was a birthday banner on the door and another inside the pod which was a lovely touch from the host.

The coffee machine wasn’t working correctly, it just gave out hot water which was disappointing as we are both coffee drinkers. The pathway leading to the pod definitely needs doing as the stones are difficult to walk on especially in heals and also difficult to manage luggage on. Could also do with some signs from the carpark Could also do with some plates & cutlery

Property was spotlessly clean. Had everything one could want for an overnight stay. Comfy and modern. Ideal for those using the airport or visiting the NEC.

We ordered a takeaway and ended up eating it with teaspoons as the room we booked didn’t have any kitchen facilities which was my own error. Asked in the Hilton if we could use their cutlery they refused as they don’t own the property. Got woken up by loud music playing on the radio.. then had a message explaining that another resident had set off alarms by vaping inside one of the pods.

Fantastic lake side cabin

Lovely setting, close to restaurants, very peaceful in the morning and it being new the property was is amazing condition.

We could not get the TV to work which was a shame as the children wanted to watch a film in the evening.

It was a great place with loads and amenities surrounding the area close by and we can’t wait to go back!

Our family glamping trip was absolutely fantastic! With a big group of 20, we had an amazing time. From booking to checkout, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided 10/10 hospitality with great communication. The site was so safe that the kids could run around and have fun all evening, which was a huge plus. We had multiple pods, but they were conveniently close together, making it easy to move between them. The staff were always available to help with anything we needed, and the parking support was really useful on arrival Even though it was the first weekend the site was open, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be back, and many people have already asked about our trip because it looked so good. This place is going to be busy!
