Really comfortable, clean, great location

Slightly hard to find the apartment in the block

Key were obtainable locally. Property was clean, spacious, and secure in a quiet location, which was central, with a short walk, from restaurants, shopping and New St Station. Secure parking included.

Excellent location, quiet, roomy flat.

Bit cold, didn’t get any key instructions and no one answered when I messaged and when I rang it went straight to voicemail, that was a bit stressful.

Location good for Mailbox. Sorted us an early check out which I was grateful for. Clean towels

I had emailed the host via Booking.com but had to chase a reply. The instructions for arrival didn’t land in my inbox until the day of the day. When I called the number as mentioned in email they didn’t answer. I called several times before my cal was returned. I had no idea that there was only parking for one car. We had travelled for three different locations and had two cars. (Despite the underground car park being pretty empty) I had no idea until that day (despite speaking to the host three days prior) that I had to get to a random petrol station first to collect keys. He used the phrase “will meet you with keys” in my call but failed to say the plan was entirely different to this. The sofa was stained and dirty. As the person that booked, I took the short straw and slept in this. Despite adding special instructions to my booking to request the sofa bed is made up given there are 5 of us, it wasn’t. I was just glad I got there before everyone and made the bed, covered with sheets so my family didn’t see. That would have added to their impression which wasn’t great. Cob webs on walls and ceiling lamp shades. Dead spider stuck to the wall in the small bathroom.
