Great location . Accommodation was clean towels and bedding smelt really fresh. There was 4 staying living area was a little small not enough seating. Kitchen needs updating but everything was very clean and everything you needed was there. Showers were fabulous, water nice and hot and very modern.

We were given all the information well in advance which was very helpful. Very close to the arena we were visiting and a lovely walk along the canal area.
Where to start. The main bedroom window was locked shut we contacted the company and were told we would get a key - major fire hazard!!! Still waiting as we checked out. No fan available so the heat within the flat was unbearable. The bedroom blinds didn't close properly with one slat not turning properly so as you can imagine daylight coming into the room from early hours of the morning as there was no curtains. We had one working light in the bedroom with one of the ceiling lights not working. The bathroom in the main bedroom had a blocked drain which resulted in water taking ages to drain away. We found out on our last night after showering that the floor in the kitchen and bedroom was soaking with water. Explains why the flooring was all damaged, lifting and black as it is obviously an issue with the drain underneath the floor The WiFi didn't work and after contacting the company on arrival we were told it would be fixed and guess what still not fixed on check out. The shower head in the other bathroom was broken and didnt stay up. The cleanliness in the main bedroom could be better. The drawer next to the bed had used ear plugs in it and there was dust and rubbish under the bed. The flat needs some tlc for the price you are expected to pay. The hallways outside the flat need a good hoover and clean as it was very grubby. Very disappointing stay for the money we paid.
