Very nice accommodation, very easy process to check in and gave us all details we needed

We had an exceptional stay at this property in Birmingham and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking high-quality accommodation. After an initially disappointing experience elsewhere, arriving here was a welcome and memorable contrast. The Dolls House is truly exquisite, with thoughtful design and beautiful décor that create a genuine sense of luxury throughout. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the stylish interiors to the high standard of finishes. The comfort level was outstanding, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay, and the facilities were of a top-class standard, providing everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location is also a real advantage, with a convenient local shop nearby and excellent access to central travel links, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We would not hesitate to return.

Great location in the jewellery quarter and close to lots of restaurants. There was even a supermarket at the end of the road. The wood fire is a great bonus and having three bathrooms for three bedrooms is great. The owner was very quick to respond to our problems.

The cleaners were still in the property when we arrived at 15.40, despite check in being 15.00. Lots of dirty towels and sheets were still piled up in the hallway. Several items of furniture had damage and could do with an upgrade and certainly the sheets and towels do not qualify as VIP. One of the windows in the 3rd bedroom was damaged and could not close so it was very draughty. Attention to detail could be better, such as there were no matches to light the fire, no corkscrew and the hot water was certainly not set to accommodate 6 people showering in the morning. I did message the owner privately on our return home with details of our disappointing experience but to date I have received no acknowledgment.
