Guest Access:

The whole house and garden is yours to enjoy on your own with complete privacy. We offer a simple self check-in process so that you can arrive at any time after the official check-in time of 5pm. Early check in and Late check out options are available - please enquire for info. Your house is situated in an estate with other short staying guests.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in Hockley (1 mile north of city centre) it has been the centre of the city's jewellery industry since the mid-1830s. It is the location of the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter and Birmingham Mint. Vittoria Street in Hockley is home to Birmingham Institute of Art and Design's Jewellery School, and The Big Peg arts & crafts workshop cluster is nearby.

The estate itself is a quiet area with a variety of shops nearby including a 24/7 Tesco and is close to a park with a children's play area. Just a 3 minute walk from 'The New Soho Tavern' which is a hidden gem in the area, recieving rave reviews and great place to drink and dine. If you want to venture into the City Centre the Soho tram station is next to the Estate and in 3 stops will take you into the heart of the city and runs very frequently.



Getting Around:

FREE SECURE PARKING FOR 2 CARS. Additional on-street parking also available.

1 min walk from the Soho Benson tram station which takes you into city in 6 mins.

Approx £6-8 Uber Taxi to City Centre.
