We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and great restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having a fully equipped kitchen made cooking a delight. The host was also very responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return!

While my stay was enjoyable overall, I was a bit disappointed with the garden area. It wasn’t practical for our needs as we had young children and therefore they wasn’t able to use it to their advantage. Maybe consider a more practical garden layout especially for families with children as this could really elevate the outdoor experience. Despite this, the rest of the property was lovely, and I still appreciated my time there!

Property is clean, in a nice neighbourhood with a distance to town that brings the cost of taxis very low. The bedding is always fresh and towels are provided. The heating is on for arrival and there is cutlery, crockery and glasses in all cupboards. The parking on site is very convenient and the door lock being pin coded means you don’t have any keys to worry about losing. I have been here a couple of times now and will continue to recommend it

My only grumble is that the garden is a bit lack luster and in my opinion, doesn’t fit with the rest of the property. Other than that, it’s entirely functional

it was not clean the carpets smell the utensils in the kitchen are dirty the location is far from the downtown needs 45 minutes walk to an hour no coffee machine wich was an issue for us the communication and the check in process was smooth and clear

Wonderful stay

Excellent location, helpful staff, parking available, nice and peaceful neighbourhood. I am very happy that I stayed here with my kids (4,14,15 years) they enjoyed a lot, ample space in the house and mosyly every thing was provided. I would love to stay here again and will recommend it at any time

Well every thing was good but as I have to be critical I would suggest that keeping a toilet brush in every bathroom will be a good idea. Overall wonderful stay and will recommend it to others

Nice house, shame about the unprofessional owners and cleaners.

It was only 10 minutes away from our worksite. The space was ideal for contractors.

The first week we stayed was great, no problems, however I spoke to the owner and made sure it was ok to leave our second weeks shopping there whilst we travelled home for the weekend. This was agreed. When we returned, all of our shopping had been taken by the cleaners. They apologised and said it was binned. I looked in the outside bin and there was only my trash from the previous week. I feel like the cleaners stole from us. They had not changed the linen and when I raised this issue the cleaners accused me of lying. The only way the owner would talk to me was through text and wouldn't answer my calls. Very unprofessional. When we would return to the property from work, the lights would be on so we know someone was entering the property when we weren't there. It felt very uncomfortable knowing that someone was entering without us knowing. We sent a photo of the unclean bedroom, that had cigarette butts on the floor, after being told the cleaners did a thorough job and I got no response. Would never stay again. The owner did refund the money spent for shopping.

Waterside house was definitely one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed. The house was clean, very spacious and had a lot to offer me and my guests... I would definitely stay here again

However, I wished they had more kitchen hardware available & the shower heads need more pressure
