Great communications throughout and no problems. The flats are in a great super city central location. They have everything that you need and for a small additional charge we were able to park up in the secured underground car park

Plenty of good places nearby to eat breakfast. Medicine Bakery Mail Box and one op New Street railway station excellent.Sainsburys a couple of minutes away to buy food.
Several lights not working.it was exceptionly hot weather but the duplex lounge/ kitchen was unbearable. Needs better blinds and certainly thick curtains. Fans no use at all. Couldn’t open French doors. Balcony floor needs some attention. Suggest a grab rail in both beautifully clean showers for older people as these were slippery to get out.
