Excellent location and safe secure car parking. Apartment was larger than expected , clean , tidy and well presented.
The futon in the living area is quite hard when used for sleeping.

Beds uncomfortable, more pillows, I feel £25 plus postage for 1 item left is complete unacceptable I think you need to review this policy!!! Ok to pay postage but not admin fee

Communication with the host was great and the person who handed over our keys was super friendly. The flat was quite large and had everything we needed and more. The location is not far away from the centre (train station and Bullring).
Only issue was that my mum, who was staying there with me and my husband, has limited mobility and without a car the walking to the train station and centre was a bit of a stretch for her. Absolutely fine to walk though for me and my husband.
