A very well presented modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat a short walk from the City Centre. Couldn’t fault the accommodation for what we needed.

It was all as described and clean and in a great location with parking
The key fob for the car park door didn’t work - however we received quick clear communication on how to manually open the car park door

The appartment was 10 minute walk from train station a perfect also to get to our evening location ( o2 academy ). Could not fault the cleanliness or comfort. Did pay bit extra for early Check In and again was dealt with almost instantly. Will definitely use again on my next visit.

Extremely noisy Ventilator' impossible to sleep Please note this was apartment 301 not the other apartment I booked on the 5th floor! Hosts knew this had been a problem prior to our stay then tried backtracking ..On their inspection the following morning they declared it was working perfectly while acknowledging it the evening before. Having not slept a small refund/reduction was to be expected..The offering of £10 then £20 is an insult .. Even £30 might have been acceptable.. It's been days since l sent my last message & radio silence has ensued.. Very disappointing this is still not resolved & bad customer service on the host's part
