It was just an apartment without any specific advantage.
Spacious apartment in a good location.
Unfortunately, our stay was not perfect. The refrigerator was broken on arrival and we were not informed in advance, which was a significant issue as we were travelling with a child and needed to store milk and food. We were told it had broken the day before and no repair was arranged, so we had to wedge the door shut ourselves. Organization was poor, as we repeatedly had to ask how basic facilities such as heating and hot water worked. During our stay, the owner also requested access to the apartment to collect items. We agreed but felt quite uncomfortable. The cot provided for our child was misrepresented and unusable, as it had no mattress. Additionally, parking in the area is very difficult, so paid car parks are required (we were got informed about this after the booking) .

Excellent venue and really good communication with Izak.
The location was perfect for a shopping trip and the cafe next door, where we got a discount, had excellent breakfast choices.

Great central location, well appointed and comfortable.
Location was ideal being in the Rotunda next to the BullRing - at the heart of everything and 5 minutes walk from New Street Train Station. The apartment was on the 8th floor and was well appointed and comfortable.
Check in could be explained a little better in the instructions from Booking.com. Best thing is to phone the host before or as you arrive at the building.

Very comfortable and a welcoming feeling that you don't get from a hotel stay situated right by the entrance to the bullring
By morning there wasn't any hot water left, if the decision to have a bath when 4 people staying this can cause a problem with not enough hot water, have a shower not a bath to save the hot water..🚿😀 We would stay there again definitely 🥳

Wonderful stay
The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. It had a good view over the city and provided a super base,being close to train station and centre. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again .

You can't beat the location for this lovely property
Fantastic, central location just steps from the New Street Station. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed, lovely views over the city, quiet, safe and secure with every shop and restaurant you could want right outside the door. Excellent communication with the property host.

The proximity to the venue we were attending was close by, the security staff was maned throughout our stay and were very pleasant, the owner was very welcoming
Fridge wasn’t clean, sliding doors were sticking on the carpet runner making it impossible to manoeuvre, skirting boards were dirty and dusty, bedside tables were heavily scratched in one of the bedrooms and in the other bedroom the bedside table had what looked like cigarette burns on it when it clearly states no smoking or vaping in the apartment, incase of a fire there was no signage telling us where to go or do in case of a fire and sorry being told on the day there is a sign in the lift as the one for the apartment hadn’t been updated that’s bad as there should clearly be one in the apartment and not in a lift as you can’t use a lift if there was a fire in the building so not good or professional on that note. Toilet brush holders in both toilets were disgusting with faeces stains, no hand rails in either of the bathrooms for easy access to and from the bath and showers, bath mats were dirty, sliding doors were rusty and part of the ceiling was missing and filled with a mesh to cover the hole in the ceiling, beds far too low on the ground and very uncomfortable, Hot Water not working the following morning so had to boil the kettle for a body wash as could not use the bath or shower, humming noice coming from the apartment very annoying, the apartment states it is soundproof when it is not, could here noise from outside and inside the apartment, this apartment is not wheelchair friendly, the cooker at the back of the wall is heavily burnt with stains on the wall, I will be asking for a refund which I have never had to do before with any place I have stayed at I will not be staying here again that is a fact this fell way below our expectations and finer inspection this apartment sadly does not meet what the pictures show on their site. The kitchen bin did not work had to lift up the bin lid manually, the dishes were all wet on the kitchen table when we arrived and the shower screen on the bath did not work looked like it was glued heavily to the bath.

Okay for shopping and a short stay. Like a student flat. Good location.
The property is very central and key box was fine. We were able to use the shops as planned.

Note for all - you want the Rotunda building. There is no marking for the other address given.
Flat was not a great standard. Cheaply put together and badly designed with angles of beds and the doors chosen.
Shabby carpets and paintwork.
I would describe it as a student flat. Fine for a night.
Bathroom door is a big heavy door on runners so never really shuts properly. Not very private also risky for fingers getting trapped.
3 people staying so they provided 2 tea bags.
2 of the group like their tea so we had to go and buy a box of tea bags, milk etc.
On arrival reception told us they had no involvement with booking.com.
So we had to call the owner, he asked us not to tell the person on reception which flat we were staying in.
I explained this is against all fire rules the reception needed to know who we were and where we were staying.
The owner was odd about the whole thing making us feel that he was subletting / renting it out illegally.
We made sure we checked in properly.
I would say a night for shopping is fine but if your looking for a plush flat this is not for you.

Great location and facilities. Easy check in and check out. Great to have two bedrooms each with their own bath/shower room.
Beds. Bedframe had a wide timber surround then the mattress was very cosy for two people. If the beds were swapped for king size divans they would take up the same floor space but provide a much more comfortable nights sleep. Such a shame, the property would be a 10/10 if the beds were sorted. Still an 8/10 though and would recommend!
