Comfortable and quiet for such a great central location with only a short walk to shops, restaurants, the canals area and New Street train station.

We had a great stay and really appreciated how close the accommodation was to the O2 Arena, which was our destination for the evening. It was a last-minute booking, and the host was flexible with excellent communication throughout. The staff were pleasant, professional, and welcoming.
The only thing to mention is that the room was very hot during the heatwave. There was one fan provided, which helped, but an additional fan or another cooling option would have made it even more comfortable. This is more of a suggestion for the host than a criticism, as the exceptional weather was beyond anyone’s control.

Need refurbishment Too many spider webs one deep Cleaning is required! Totally dry bathroom with zero drainage The master bed bathroom had water block issues Car parking should be free ( they charge 10 pounds per night ) Rooms are pretty small .. big bags difficult to fit in Master bed room Spring mattress needs to be changed . Worn out
