Comfortable stay with the price reflective of the property. Would stay again.

Fantastic location, 20 mins walk from New Street station, less to Five Ways. Bus stops near by with regular buses (which we didn’t use). I slept in the bedroom with the en-suite and the bed was super comfortable. (Be sure to turn the radiator down/off if you like a cold room) The house felt spacious even with 7 people in it.

The kitchen could do with an update, the pans are not in a good condition, no suitable glasses (only a couple of pint glasses or wine glasses) and there’s not enough cutlery. The house was relatively clean but there were bits of rubbish behind units/sofa. Lots of rubbish outside the front which I understand can’t be helped as it’s not in the property (plus the bin situation in Birmingham) but feel it needs mentioning for future bookings so they know what to expect.

Great stay, lovely location and great facilities. I recommend this accommodation.

The apartment/ House was really cosy, clean and welcoming. If you don't want the hotel environment and prefer a home for home set up this accommodation fit the bill perfectly. All bedrooms where comfortable, wifi was good. Great location 5 min drive from the city centre. Really good host and I highly recommend. If I am ever working in Birmingham again I will be booking this accommodation.

Terrible neighbours, arriving late in the night, beginning of the morning (04:30-05:45 hours a.m.), car radio's very loud, screaming, loud talking , antisocial people.....

Rental organisation came very late back to me for verification i.d. & deposit. Organised-& paid weekse befor, and this ...questions hours befor departure. Causing stress and uncomfortable feeding on our side.

The location was good. Nice and spacious, nice bathrooms and good showers. Plenty of toilet roll The heating was good, like a sauna when we walked in but easy to turn down . None of us like a hot house.

The sink was blocked on arrival. Bleach had been poured down the sink before we arrived but it was quite badly blocked. That evening I had to pour 3 kettles of hot water down it. Some pretty bad gunk game up 😖. I did the same the following morning and it cleared. I don’t think we should be expected to unblock drains! The saucepans etc. were unusable in our opinion, the non stick had almost been completely scrubbed off and looked disgusting. Had to end up getting takeaway, we had hoped to save money by cooking. Unwashed cutlery in the cutlery tray No extractor fans working in bathroom. 1st bedroom at top of stairs smelt damp according to the guest who slept there. No shower gel, only shampoo. Bedroom door with Brocken mirror still doesn’t shut on the main bedroom. This had already been mentioned in the review. I would have expected a bit better considering the high deposit that was expected. There are reviews mentioning broken items that have not been replaced or mended.

Location was very good, close to places we wanted to visit. Bedrooms were clean, bathrooms were clean Each room having bath towels and hand towels was brilliant. Downstairs toilet was an added bonus that I did not know about The additional 15minutes for check out was very well appreciated.

Very Squeaky floorboards! When first entering the house had a bad smell downstairs which had to be aired out by our sprays, fans and open windows.

Ideal for a family or friends doing a city break

Great, clean, comfortable and spacious house in a very central location. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to a pleasant park. The host was responsive.

The check in process is a bit of a faff requiring input of quite a bit of info including passport and photo of credit card. The check in time is 3pm but only 4pm is offered as an option in the check in process, which means a bit more time confirming that 3pm is acceptable. However, once all this was done the stay was perfect.

The details on Booking.com are misrepresented. There aren't 3 bathrooms. There's an ensuite shower to Bed 1. A family bathroom shared between Bed 2 and Bed 3. Watch out for the dodgy loo seat! and a toilet on the ground floor

I have no major issues, it’s was a really lovely place to stay, but just a few minor things that made me think it wasn’t great value for money. The main bedroom door wouldn’t latch properly giving us no privacy as it would swing open. Some fixtures and furniture were broken, but again nothing so bad it ruined the holiday.

Disappointing, dirty and unhelpful host. Poor communication and not as advertised.

The beds were comfy and the location was reasonably close to the conference centre where we needed to be. The wifi was good and the house was nice and warm.

I emailed and messaged the host a week before we arrived to ask if there was anything outstanding prior to check in. I messaged again with three days to go and then the day before and had no response. It turns out I had to authorise a payment before we would be given the code which was a pain when you are travelling and having to use free wifi and you are waiting for the code before you can get the address/keys. I was travelling from the channel islands so there was a problem with our phones/data etc as a different country- although not the hosts fault this added to the stress and could have been sorted before we arrived if they had responded to my emails/messages. The location of the accommodation is not great- the car park and garden was full of dumped boxes and rubbish and not in a particularly safe part of town. The third bedroom is tiny- with a double bed there was no room even for a suitcase. It said on the description it has three bathrooms- it doesn't. There is one bathroom, one ensuite and a downstairs loo. The house really wasn't very clean, there was what looked like blood on the ensuite wall, hairs on the bed, and there were marks on the sofa and floors, broken pot in lounge, lots of things needed replacing/cleaning/repairing. It also smelt very strongly of cigarettes, Also, one of us left behind a jumper which they had found and said we could collect from their office in Birmingham. When I reminded them that we lived in the channel islands they told me that they didn't post lost property and ignored all further communication. So despite them finding the jumper, we cant have it back!!!! Its 5 days since check out and they still haven't refunded the deposit yet. I generally found them very unhelpful and wouldn't stay here again for next years course or recommend to anyone.

Decent accommodation in Birmingham

Good location for getting to city and a good size for 6. 8 would have been a squeeze.

It needed to be re-cleaned as it was dirty when we arrived. The boss was a bit aggressive about it, but the cleaner was lovely.

Pleasant and relaxing stay

Located very well in city centre, close by shopping centres and convenient. The property was so clean, spacious, nice beds and fans provided in all bedrooms, spacious bathrooms and kitchen utensils provided. The backyard is nice, make a sit out and children will enjoy it.

Nothing specific about the property but be mindful about Birmingham CAZ pass if your vehicle is not ULEZ compliant since the property is located with in restricted zone.

Comfortable centrally located house

Warm and comfortable house with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. A well equipped kitchen but only 2 mis-matched wine glasses, one of which was plastic, so we drank wine from tea cups!! TV with all the channels. Allocated car parking space outside the house. The road is a no thorough road so no passing traffic. The double glazing keeps the noise from the nearby dual carriageway at bay. About a 10 minute walk to the Chinese quarter and the canal area in the opposite direction. A handy Co-Op just around the corner. As the house is so central it is in the Birmingham Clean Air Zone so check that your vehicle is compliant !

The family bathroom could do with a bit of a deep clean as black mold in places around the bath and ceiling.
