Easy of entry via keys within a lockbox ( code is passed on after a certain time ) makes it much easier than wasting time waiting for someone arrive to "open up", perfect :-)

The stand alone shared bathroom ( on landing ), just a minor tweak needed please make the shower hose a bit longer for us tall people. Regarding middle bedroom, no I'm not the hotel inspector LOL , I was going to place my bag on top of stand alone wardrobe, so just before I did so I checked the top, alas to say, it needed cleaning, a lot of dust had accumulated, plenty in fact, so much so I left bag on the floor. Regards to wardrobe ( same room ), it would of been really helpful if a shelf was inside/placed within thus preventing everything else aside of shirt tops & trousers being left to fend for themselves on the floor of the wardrobe. It was be really good if host provided a simple summarised rules guide ( encapsulated ), inclusive of WIFI password/code, reason for raising this point is that you have to pick up said router ( on the floor behind front door ), which could cause possible damage to connections & unit unwittingly, maybe sticking this guide on a wall or kitchen cupboard door, where it is readily available to view

Good location and deceptively spacious house. The third bedroom is small but fine for a single person and/or an overnight stay. A nice touch was for each room to have a hairdryer - would have been great for the third bedroom to have a fan too as all other rooms had one.

The upstairs floor creaked a lot and any movement was noisy. It’s fine if everyone sleeps at the same time but if not, this is quite disturbing.

Good facilities with 2 bathrooms and downstairs w/c

Sadly several nitrous oxide strewn around the hedge outside the property. There was no problems it a bit of a red flag.
