Excellent flat just disappointed in the lack of patio/balcony as promised

Very clean Excellent location Plenty of space Two bathrooms Easy to find keys and get in.

There is no balcony or patio as told on the booking form. It’s communal and next to someone else’s flat and they requested it not be used too late. Took a while to figure that out as the owner did not get back to texts asking what the balcony/patio situation was. So if you’re booking in the summer expecting somewhere to sit out - it’s not part of the room.

The location was good. Within walking distance of everything.

The apartment needs a freshen up. Stains on carpets. Mouldy bedroom ceiling.

The apartment is fantastic. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Lovely and clean and heating was amazing. Would definitely recommend. We watched a Stereophincs concert in the Utilita Arena, which was only a five minute stroll along the canal at the back of the apartment. There was on road parking ( parking meter,) right outside the apartment which was so convenient. Definitely 10 out of 10. I'm so pleased I chose to stay here

Perfect for an overnight stay

The location was really good. It was a really good size property. The sofa beds were really comfortable.

Exactly as described - good location and safe area

Very clear directions to get keys and enter property. Basics like tea and coffee were there for use which was great. Very close to ICC - if following google, avoid the river route, the one that turns left goes along a well lit main road and only 8 minutes walk

Off road parking is set for max 4 hours - only £5 for that 4 but need to move so be careful not to get a ticket - two car parks close by

Disappointing stay after a promising start

Spacious and cleaned both baths

Good start with clear instructions and clean bathrooms, but the stay quickly became disappointing. Bedrooms were dusty, carpets dirty, and beds uncomfortable. My son began coughing, and later a water leak from the window made our night miserable. We had reponse that it will be fixed. Despite sending further texts to get update , we never got any response. Very poor communication and maintenance.

5* Birmingham stay

The apartment was an incredible location as we were attending a concert at the utilta and was max 5 mins walk away. When we first walked in you could smell how clean it was and we were very impressed. Lovely modern apartment, beds were very comfortable. Overall very pleased and we would stay again 😀

Attention to detail would have made it great - but felt our booking was an inconvenience

Location good - just a short walk to utilitia arena. Comfy beds. Easy to find. Spacious. Secure. Modern. Good views.

Couldn’t easily find parking space. Apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived at check-in time after a 4 hour drive with 2 kids. Called host who contacted cleaner and called me back to say the cleaner had car trouble. We had to go out for a walk for an hour and a half whilst the apartment was being cleaned. Eventually accessed the apartment at 4.30pm. Toilet paper in one bathroom only, empty soap dispensers. TV remote batteries dead so couldn’t use TV (no spares in apartment and there’s no shop to purchase any essentials near-by). Host could have communicated to us that cleaner running late to manage our expectations of a much later check-in. Apartment could be amazing if there was more attention to detail and maintenance. Stains on carpets and sofa. Toilet seat broken. No lightshade. Bin pedal broken. Chipped mugs (only 4). Very little crockery. Would have been good to leave a few bottles of water for guests as no shop in walking distance. Would have been good if host had called me back after the cleaning fiasco to check all ok - but didn’t receive any further communication or apology.

This is an excellent property, very clean, accessible and good value for money

The location was great, really central and easy for work and pleasure. The host was exceptional, very quick to reply to messages and helpful with everything. Accessing the property was easy and it was extremely clean and well-kitted out with everything you need. This was a combined business and pleasure trip for me with my family. The propert works well for both professionals and families on short trips.

The furniture was very basic and not very sturdy. That is probably OK for an occasional night stay over where a business person may not be making much use fo the lounge, but for a family of four it wasn't great.
