The apartment was stylish but comfortable and had everything we needed. A great location to explore central Birmingham.

Communication was helpful and easy to understand. Place was neat and tidy. Easy to contact and was quick to respond to queries. Beds were comfortable and easy access to city centre.
The cooker provided was induction hob and not all the kitchen utensils were induction hob usable. Hence has limited use. Main toilet can be only flushed with significant amount of force, has been reported. During our stay it was really hot days and no fans are present ( not owners issue).

The bed fell to bits, been repaired with tape and a strap, had no real response from owner, ruined the stay.
