Great location as it is very accessable to central Birmingham and Brindley Place where we spent a lot of time. There is also a shop downstairs and it is a straight line up the road from the train station. Getting the keys was easy and the hosts were very helpful and quick to reply. During our stay there was a burst water main down the road so we were without water for a few hours, and they immediately looked into it and kept us up to date which was great. Forgot to take photos when we arrived but looks exactly as the listing.
The apartment was mostly clean and tidy with a small exception of an item left behind by the previous tenants (I think this is more down to the cleaners than the host). The beds were mostly fine, just very squeaky and a few slats missing. I think the main issue we had was there were only enough plates/cups for 5-6 people despite sleeping up to 8 people.

Location and the ability to park within a secured car park.
Having to collect and return the keys from a petrol station. I didn't see this on part of the main main booking only when I went to check in.
