Location was excellent - right by the canal in the centre of the city. The apartment was modern, bright, comfortable and well equipped.

Good location, 15 min walk from city centre. Apartment has most things you need, and pool table is a nice extra.
Needs some TLC throughout. Beds and sofa need replaced, as does bedroom carpets which are all stained. Fresh coat of paint throughout as lots of scuffs/marks on walls. Blackout curtains need to be added as bedrooms aren’t dark enough, also due to being a ground floor apartment, there is lots of noise in the street, which this might help alleviate. TV’s need added to bedrooms also.
