Fantastic location for Attilita Arena or central Birmingham
Advertised as private parking there isn’t, says it has free toiletries it doesn’t, says it has a hairdryer it doesn’t

The space was great, lovely clean kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet in the evening.
Settee and beds not the comfiest but fine for just one night.

Near the cannel. Good location . Nice and clean wit£ pool table.
The sink/drain in the shower is not working properly and water on the floor immediately after starting the shower and when I texted to the host and no reply .

Location excellent for Utilita Arena and ICC.
Double mattress was shockingly bad!! Needs changing immediately - impossible to sleep 2. Single mattresses also terrible and much narrower than he bed frame so there were gaps all round.
