Location, ease of access, kitchen facilities, good bathroom, lots of wardrobe space. great bedroom.
It was not possible to leave luggage on the morning before checking in, as the reception isn't open weekend.

Very convenient location. Flat was clean and everything we needed was available. Easy check in an good information by e mail / Whats ap beforehand.
A little dated in places. Lampshades in bedroom could be replaced and some sockets faded/scratched. Nothing major but would make the appartment look better. Parking place was arranged before hand , received an e mail on the day before the visit to say it had been given to someone else due to error. Not very professional.

Location is excellent as is the property size. It is also really clean.
Damp smell in bedroom and bathroom. Not sure if there has been a leak previously as some of the laminate floor is lifted and swollen?
