Nice place and easy to walk into the centre. Good for a group.
Nice size house for six of us. Good location for the Utilita Arena and not too far to walk into Birmingham city centre (around 25-30 minutes). Nice big kitchen space. Great communication from the host.
It was noisy during the night with a lot of people passing by outside. Can't be helped but good to be aware of.

Spacious house within walking distance of city, good value for money.
The property is lovely and spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. It is within easy walking distance to the centre of Birmingham or a very short walk to a bus stop. We had a lovely meal in the Italian restaurant across the road. Good value for money. We will stay here again.
It could do with a deep clean. Although it was clean in many areas there were places e.g. behind doors, skirting board etc that would benefit from some additional attention. One of the two sofas in the lounge was uncomfortable and there wasn't really enough room for everyone to sit and watch TV. Some coat hooks in the entrance hall would be handy. The upstairs bathroom lock is sharp. One of the beds was uncomfortable.

the location, the house, price and owners were all amazing and overall allowed us to have a smooth and fantastic weekend
I loved the location of the property and how spacious it still felt despite there being 12 of us there which was great as it didn’t feel crowded.
the only few downfalls was that there was a constant damp smell which we later found belonged to the washing machine it was noticeable but didn’t ruin anything! also there was only 1 large mirror to share which was a little inconvenient but nonetheless everything was great.
