Very dirty..no allocated parking

It had a lift

Where do I start..online card payments ..security checks..£200 refundable deposits..online portal payments taken for property straight forward on booking. Com..had to log back on to portal to verify and pay £10 per day for parking..tried to pay £200 deposits..unsuccessful 4 times but took..parking not deposit..man was very helpful when contacted.he stated that deposit can be made when when at property..had to wait 10 minutes to gain access to garage...had to ring twice..when lady came..I asked where should I park..there was no allocated parking..where she said to park..there was broken bottles and glass..she said park anywhere...lady had card machine in hand with £200 on screen ..ready for payment..on way to apartment..landing flooring was grey but dirty and black..when arrived in apartment..nothing like the picture..sofa and cushions had white stains ..kitchen worktop was grubby and dented..grandson hurt fingers on kitchen cabinet..I stated that it was unacceptable and if she had other apartments..she then asked what the problem was..stated that my grandson could not put his head on sofa..and I could not stay there..she rang her boss..we left i asked for payment of apartment to be returned..she stated that I had to ring her boss..which I did..he was quite rude and didn't answer my call..but she was able to ring him..I spoke to him and he said that I have to check out..stated that I haven't checked in..very rude..she disappeared..tried to get out of garage..unable too..rang him no answer..had to send text..waited 10 mins.then. garage door opened..still waiting for refund ..shocking..but blessing otherwise I wouldn't have found my home from. Perfect location for exploring Birmingham city centre. Accommodation was clean and tidy on our arrival . Clean towels and bedding provided. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Apartment secure, key fob provided for access

Nothing we didn’t like just be aware apartment is close to bars/ clubs, so can be noisy outside until early hours of the morning however if windows are shut , noise is not intrusive

Nothing. The best thing about the apartment was the exit door to get out!

Absolutely terrible property and not as depicted on the advert. Poor state of repair and cleanliness. Lack of decent crockery, towels and basic facilities. Broken fixtures and fittings and even badly broken emergency lighting. Also was misled when booking and overcharged by Skyline Apartments.

Skyline city centre

Location was excellent in the china / gay quarter. The staff were helpful and took our clothes away to wash when our machine broke down. However we got a mixture of our clothes plus cleaning cloths back with one load!

The advertised skyline view was non existent and the apartment was very tired and smelled terrible on arrival. We tried to air it every day which was difficult as it was ground level and passers-by could see straight inside but the smoke smell persisted. I also chose it because it had a clothes washer however it was broken. There were only the most basic kitchen implements and not enough to cook a meal. If you are staying one or two nights it would be ok however we stayed 7 nights with two kids and I was disappointed.

the property is in a prime location for a lovely night out in town. the flat is was amazing and me and my girls really enjoyed. it was also really clean!!

if there was some sort of info about places to eat even menus to sit in or takeaway also some sort of info on local trains buses or even taxi numbers what fi code not written down was at the back of tv parking was difficult as not always a spot to park as this was extra as very annoying

Brilliant Location Next To Arcadia And the Gay Village which was brilliant 2 minute walk was great after a night out dancing .

It could have been cleaner , the set of mugs above the Sink really need a bleach or going in the bin there was another set of 4 mugs in better condition but for an apartment made to sleep 6 was a bit awkward when 5 ladies need coffee in the morning, the beds were comfy but the blinds were broken just wasnt what we would of expected for the cost we paid parking was Handy but at the extra cost per car was a bit expensive we felt .

Top locatie. Drama appartement

De locatie waar het appartement stond was top.. chinatown.. 200 meter lopen vanaf de Bull ring

Het vinden van de locatie. We hebben eerst 2 rondjes om het pand gelopen. Daarna zagen we mensen uit een deur lopen. Toen toch maar gedacht. Ik ga hier niet hele dag lopen dus op naar binnen. Misschien op de 1ste verdieping is er een receptie ofzo. Er stond in de mail er staat iemand op jullie te wachten. Maar helaas niemand.. ja een schoonmaakster dus die hebben we maar gevraagt. Vervolgens kwam er iemand anders bij en die wist van onze naam. Maar volgens hem hadden we met zijn 2en geboekt. Maar hij zag om ons heen dat er 4 kinderen bij waren. Ik heb mijn mail laten zien en het was goed. Alleen even een foto sturen naar een whatsapp nummer. Op de kamer aangekomen was ik aan de praat met de persoon maar zag ik aan mijn vrouw dat het een drama zou zijn.. toen de man weg was om nog een dekbed op te halen voor de slaapbank. We constateerden een heel plakkerige vloer. Schimmel bij het raam een tafel waar je aan kon zitten die plakkerig was maar ook niet aan te raken was want dan viel hij uit elkaar. Een bank met een grote vlek erin. Grote krassen in de vloer en het aanrecht. Rijst aangekoekt in de pan. Keukenkastjes die niet meer werkten. Leeg condoom zakje onder bed. Gordijn rails los. Peuken buiten op het kozijn (er mag niet gerookt worden) Misschien omdat wij niet zo moeilijk zijn hebben we het niet als naar gevonden. Want we waren er alleen maar om te slapen en niet om te wonen/eten. Het appartement is zoals beschreven met foto's op jullie site. Maar in werkelijkheid absoluut niet. 2 slaapkamers top.. 2 douche ruimtes top. Helaas 1 met bad niet gebruikt omdat het water alle kanten op ging. De andere douche was top kwa temperatuur. De douche is alleen eerder geplaatst dat de bak erom heen. Daardoor kwam mijn hoofd boven de douchekop uit. Tv met alles erop en eraan. Netflix Disney al die andere dingen. Dus voor een avondje tv kijken zit je zeker goed.. we hebben geslapen met niemand op de slaapbank. Maar de 2 kleine kinderen bij elkaar in.
