Property was ok - very tired and some furniture could do with being binned

Clean. Very friendly meet and greet. Great communication. Perfect location.
Beds are comfy, everything is clean and well laid out. There was even tea and coffee supplied

the HOst were very friendly and Pass me the Keys easily .
the Location is in the middle of ChinaTown and situated with many Bars ，clubs and nice restaurants.
(the location were very Nice.)
Unfortunately，I did not get da Room that i wanted as the HOst gave me another Unit (property) , due to the property(Unit) i placed order has water leakage ，damage and issues.
End up the apartment i got is @Latitute 68 where the place is Quite dirty, smell and everyone, anyone can get access to the Property common areas /facilities without Keys!!
In addition, the room' facilities (sofas, Oven and refridgerator) were pretty Rusty and Old .
Many of the furniture and items are quite Rotten and the fridge(icebox) smell but the bedroom still Quite O.K，Okay and can sleep. Comfy
