Great location and large size clean apartment

We visited in warm weather and with no air conditioning it was very hot even with windows open and fans on, also quite loud at night if visiting with small kids.

Great location, particularly for the Hippodrome, and the property was generally clean and tidy. The showers were excellent and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, more than the photos suggest. Despite the very hot weather and the flat being incredibly hot as a result, we slept well and overall it was a pleasant and convenient stay. The host was a good communicator too and although we were given the incorrect code for the property’s key box, the host answered the phone as soon as we rang and apologised for the mistake.

There are a few areas where the property could benefit from some attention. The master bedroom bed had a broken leg, which meant it was noticeably sloping, and the property became extremely hot during our stay with the available fans struggling to make much difference. The kitchen is also a little tired and could be spruced up. A few basic kitchen items such as a tea towel, oven glove and additional cooking utensils would also have been useful.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and tidy with an allocated parking space. Check in very easy with key collection from shop 2 minutes walk away Everything required for a comfortable stay is included We particularly appreciated the electric fan during this warm spell The location is very convenient to the local shopping areas including the bullring and high street. It is also in the centre of China town with lot's of nice restaurants Very close to local sites, including the lovely botanical gardens I particularly appreciated the pure gym, 2 minutes walk away Would highly recommend this lovely apartment

Nothing to not like

The location of this apartment is very convenient for central Birmingham. It is very homely and very nicely set out. It is a good size with 1 ensuite and 1 main bathroom. Easy to contact the host by messaging on booking.com. Very useful having the parking space. Would definitely recommend to others and definitely stay here again if we were in Birmingham.
