The hosts were very helpful and accommodating, we arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early. They sent us all the information needed to check-in and find everything with ease. And could not do enough for us. The apartment was decorated beautifully and the beds were so comfortable, Its location was excellent for what we needed. And we would definitely be using it again in the future.

Location - The property is right next to the Bullring Shopping Centre, as well as Grand Central Station.

The building is in a terrible state, the walls are paper thin, the carpet and walls are all damaged and very rundown… entering the building was very depressing. The apartment itself is looking a little tired and not like the pictures. One of the main reasons we booked the apartment was because they advertised the second bedroom as having two single beds, which we needed for our children (15 year-old boy and 12 year-old girl) in reality both bedrooms had double beds and we were forced to bunk with our children (mother and daughter + father and son) not ideal. Other than that, there wasn’t enough seating space (one small two seater couch for four of us) the satellite reception was so bad, we couldn’t watch TV. The towel rails were so rusty, we were too scared to use them.
