The key pick-up was very straightforward and right next to the train station. Accessing the building however there was no fob on the keys, a quick call soon sorted this so a huge thanks to the team for responding and dealing with it so quickly. The pre-arrival info (including videos etc of how to find the property) were very useful. The apartment is nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable, and the large balcony was a big bonus! Would happily stay again.

The two bathrooms tiled areas both need a regrout or good clean, and the ensuite bathroom does have a strong odour (I used the main bathroom to keep the ensuite door shut and not use it). A fan would have been beneficial especially during the current heatwave. The downstairs area going to the lift absolutely stank (not sure why but across all three days it was awful down there). The wifi was really poor, it kept cutting out, especially when watching the TV. Sadly there were roadworks going on outside of the property all throughout the day- and then they carried on throughout the night as well, needing windows open due to the heat meant you had the constant noise of machinery, workmen, banging slabs etc- not a fault of the property/host, just bad timing, but check ahead of time where the roadworks are if you are going to be looking to stay,

Slightly noisy due to road works, but not the apartments fault.

Located near New Street railway station and centre of Birmingham / shops, theatres, museum and art gallery.

Difficulty getting access code following correct completion of registration process . In fairness the managing director rang to apologise for what went wrong and l believe he was genuinely sorry.
