Fantastic location and very well presented.

The house was very spacious, clean, bright, airy and lovely and warm.
Facilities were very good having one full bathroom suite, one en-suite and one separate downstairs toilet.
Loved the location and the way the property was tucked away from the main thoroughfare, also it was a fairly straightforward walk into the city centre.
The only downside was the current building works which were taking place opposite. However, I”m sure that once these are completed the area will be enhanced even further.
