The dirty bed with stains on the sheets. I was unable to stay there. Due to this I moved out immediately and stayed with a friend.

Very disappointed in the faculties in particular th bathroom and non working shower.

Really bad window insulation, you can literally hear everything from outside. Constant car noises. Not too mention absolute poor customer service. Book this place and never get a good night sleep.

Perfect for an overnight from London to go to the theatre. Great value.

Proximity to the Alexandra and New Street Station is brilliant. The studio was bright, clean, kitchenette handy if you want to cook/eat in. Decent bathroom and nice shower.

Walls are thin, you could hear a fair bit though the walls but wasn’t terrible I still managed to get sleep comfortably, was confused trying to find at first but then when we found it it was amazing

Book if you’re desperate.

The layout was ok, the kitchen slightly separated

We were late to check out and a staff member entered our room without knocking, and when I addressed this with the host, she said she can enter anytime. We were charged £80 for late checkout which is more than the price of a full night. There is always a grace period for late checkout and this was excessive. The host was aggressive and the room was minimal no frills, basic amenities, very small cramped shower with very low water pressure, the sink was blocked in the bathroom, the bathroom door was jammed open covering the tv, the floors were dirty dusty and unswept with no broom or vacuum and we were staying for 2 nights.

Nice fresh room

- Easy to tell this place is new, everything is fresh. - Location is right in the Chinatown, great for walking and dining out. - Well-equipped kitchen, has everything (maybe except salt/oil), even has an oven. - Other nice additions such as a hair dryer, an iron, and a TV with a good range of channels. - Easy unmanned check-in.

- The window faces a 7-lane road, so quite noisy 24/7; also sometimes loud people passing by at night. The window however is soundproof when closed, but this window is the only way to let fresh air in. - Could be cleaned better. The bedside table had fresh fat plate/cup stains, and some dishes and cutlery still had pieces of food on it. - No hangers or racks to dry stuff, at all. Adding a few at least for towels could be a simple but an extremely useful fix. - It seemed pretty dangerous to pay a deposit (quite heavy btw) on check-in at a third-party website which also asks for all possible personal info and saves bank card information.

Pleasant enough

Nice modern apartment with good amenities and good location. The bed was comfortable.

Shower flicked between hot and cold and didn’t have good pressure. Luckily I didn’t need to wash my hair otherwise I would have struggled. The floor needed a more thorough hoover, we discovered a toe nail and crumbs scattered on the floor which wasn’t a nice welcome. It’s been over 24 hours since check out and I am yet to receive any communication about my security deposit being refunded. I was quite surprised that it was requested in the first place. I was repeatedly emailed about paying it and now no communication about getting it back?
