Balcony wasn't clean / cigarette butt holder was rammed full - I don't smoke, so it was not nice being on balcony with that overflowing.
I had to clean balcony seats.
Furniture worn / you can tell people that have stayed here have not looked after it, hence the monitor minut being installed. I did not enjoy that level of monitoring.

The ideal that you had 24 hours parking and that all the amenities in walking distance
The idea of the link for the deposit, but everything was back on when visit the office within a 10 minute drive .
