Feel like home

The location cannot be faulted - right next to many pubs, resturants and shops but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Fairly basic cooking facilities which were fine for what we needed. The parking is a real boon in the centre of Brum too.
It's right opposite the National Trust "Back to Backs" which is well worth a visit - a great slice of history as to how many lived in the industrial cities in the UK.

Free secure parking and close to the Bullring Centre, the hosts are very helpful.
There was a constant problem with the TV

The location was great and the secured car park
Kitchen utilities were adequate although I didn’t use it
Good space
The hot water was not working
Aesthetic of the room is a bit outdated and had this smell in the bedroom. Not really sure how to describe it but oldish type of smell.
Drain in the tub may need a some unclogging as it was not draining easily.
The towel by the sink still had a bit of stain on it
