Great location, staff on site extremely helpful and rooms all clean

It was very spacious, and super clean. Worth the money

Lock was not easy to use

The property was in a fantastic location Flat was nice and clean . Had a great balcony

The only thing about did like it was 2 single bed pushed together and did have the correct bedsheet and there wasn’t a spare would’ve been easier if they would’ve had a sheet on both are not just one

The location was excellent for our stay. Right in the centre of Birmingham's Chinatown, just opposite the Hippodrome where we were going to see a show. The apartment was spacious

The apartment was supposed to be available from 3pm, we didn't get the keys until 5pm, which meant hanging around from 4pm when we arrived at the security office. There were a large number of points where the self-catering apartment didn't meet expectations : - Only 1 fork. - No washing up tools (no cloth, brush, scritchers etc - just washing up liquid). - No tea towel/drying cloth or oven gloves. - No sharp knives (there was a bread knife). - TV - no signal although there is an aerial lead. - Radiator in hall not working. - One bedside light not working. - Cooker instructions for a different cooker (instructions are for Trinity Bendix TBF610, cooker is a Kingfisher CSB60a). - Shower leaks from corner near sink. - Lock on lounge balcony doors does not work. - Temperature control on bedroom radiator broken.
