Horrible experience

- Bright - Spacious - No noise

- Location in a building highly dirty and smelly - Dirty floor: I have to hoover and mopped the entire appartement - Dirty and smelly coach pillows ( I have to put them to wash) - Dangerous pointy floor tiles corner that can cut or cut if not being careful - Dysfunctional main room window not closing properly

Could be a nice place to stay but needs proper management. Important is cleaning and a firm bed

The apartment could be nice if cleaned properly. One toilet tissue paper was not enough for 4 days. The decor of the apartment was nice. The apartment comes with a parking space but we were not allowed to use this.

Communication with property as they communicated when they wanted and when we had issue they did not communicate with us. We were given a parking pass but there was a car parked - we sent images of the car and on the first day we were told to take somewhere else and they would refund us for the parking. The second and third day continued and the car was still parked in our spot number 78 and we text and sent messages and all they did was send a text to apologise. We could not watch TV in the lounge as the remote did not work, in the smaller bedroom the toshiba tv remote was missing we called the property and reported this and had a call from maintenance they said that they would bring it up - we waited on Wednesday morning up to 9:30am for maintenance to attend before we had to go to work. We again wanted to park the car in the car park on our final night to pack out bags and contacted the property and they did not respond as again the same car was parked in that spot.

Beautiful apartment ideal location

Apartment was lovely. Really spacious two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Netflix access and tvs in both living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen very easy to use and great storage with enough plates and cutlery for us to use. Came with a fan and hoover as well as a washing machine and dishwasher Great location right in the centre of everything ten mins walk away from the station,

Building works right outside the building could be noisy especially as one of the bedroom windows was jarred open. Had a bag of linen left for two days when we arrived although on collection was informed this was due to a cleaning miscommunication.

Excellent property with one exception

Clean spacious apartment with good facilities. Really high end

For a higher end apartment the mattresses were horid and our opinion need replacing to ensure a good nights sleep . This for us was the biggest let down

It was great.

Apartment was spotless. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms for the 4 of us. Location is excellent, central to the main Birmingham attractions, Mailbox, Bullring shopping center etc and it has private parking, dishwasher and washer drier.

Initially I was a little frustrated about a couple of things. We run out of hot water and dishwasher was not working. Once they hot water timer and turned on the water to the dish washer everything was alright. Also, it would be nice if they had trash cans close by for trash disposal. A few people were abandoning their trash everywhere. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this apartment.
