We got there and no one was there. We had a few texts but the owner/staff was rude in texts saying we arrived after check in time which stated anytime before 11pm we arrived at 10:30pm to not being able to get in we had to bank transfer a £15 deposit to a random account then call them in WhatsApp after no contact we accepted the £15 loss and gave up but was such a disappointment
There was bin bags full in the reception everywhere and cots. It looked abandoned and there was no one there such an inconvenience and was so lucky we found a travel lodge for cheaper and wouldn’t recommend to a dog

Nothing. This whole property was covered in hair in every single room, feaces and urine left in the toilet for us to see upon arrival. Hair and boot marks in the bed and what also looked like someones bodily fluids.

Walked in the property and it was filthy, bed was covered in stains and oil, dirty and wet towels all over the floor, smoking alarm was ripped off, windows didn’t open or close properly. Wardrobe in the bedroom falling apart. Dust, cobwebs and rubbish all over the floor, under table and sofa. Dishes all in the sink left over. When addressing the situation we didn’t get much compassion or help.
We were told that the team may not be able to clean it but expected to be there overnight with no clean bedding. We explained to the team that we can’t afford to travel all the way back after the journey. But still no help was provided.
We had to make do and spend money on our own cleaning products to deep clean the area enough and in time for the stay that we purchased.
We checked out a day early!

I want everyone to pay attention to this company, My wife and I booked these apartments for 2 nights on February 13th-15th, When we arrived at the place, we immediately realized that it was an untidy place, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered. When we unlocked the room, we found a big mess, full of garbage. I immediately called the person I corresponded with on WhatsApp, I told him, and he didn't even apologize. He said cancel this room and we will refund you the money within 1-2 hours. He also asked us to pay a deposit for the keys before that, we paid him that too. But we still haven't received our money back and that person ignores my calls and messages.

Avoid like the plague. Arrived at the apartment to absolute filth. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Bedsheets were stained, floor was filthy, toilet was used and left unflushed. Contacted the host but they went radio silent. Still haven’t refunded me my £15 damage deposit. Booking.com have been no help either!

DON'T BOOK HERE
Had to pay a £15 deposit to get the key code which should have been returned within 7 days, 2 weeks later still waiting for my deposit back. No one answers the phone number provided and after being fobbed off with it's being processed and the systems are down I am now getting no response at all!! AVOID!!

Couldnt get into room on time as hadnt been cleaned told to come back later. No towels provided, wifi didnt work. Tv cant work without wifi. No help offered by host. Had to leave property 2 days early and refund given.

The location is in very close proximity to two supermarkets and a variety of restaurants.
All of the bedding did not look washed, clean or changed from the previous guests. Only two pillows were issued, but one had no pillow case. We honestly had no choice but to go out and purchase our own bedding from the local Tesco. What they provided was absolutely awful.
They knew two guests were staying at the property, but only left one towel with two small foot towels. They also didn’t look as though they were washed or clean. We had no choice again but to purchase two towels from Tesco.

We thought it was a Airbnb so we booked it looking at the pictures looked good but at the property it needed a Bill work and the cleaning list was not good. Top it all off they ask for a £15 a holding deposit that they wanted it in cash transferred to their bank account and said within seven days of checking out they will refund the £15. We have not received it a month later we’ve text them with emailed them. No response. be careful when you’re booking this accommodation.
We booked it we paid upfront for everything. Also we paid the £15 holding deposit but no pin number or code was sent to us until we went into the property and we saw a staff member‘s husband who actually called the office to get the pin number for the accommodation we called their number that was no answer to it will not book that accommodation again.

It was close to shops, restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to the NEC
Check in was chaotic. The asked me to check in over three hours later than my given time, as well as having us leave our suitcases in an unsecured location.
Then once we checked in, the place was extremely dirty. There were dirty trays in the oven, and they did not have lots of the listed amenities. There was no microwave or shampoo.

Broken sofa, broken toilet seat, broken blinds that looked out to the main road so no privacy. Dirty oven with someone’s old food. Mold in the bathroom. Emailed the managing company several times with no response or solution. Booking.com contacted them, no response. Once they have you money then no response. Spoke to several tenants who had the same issue. Based on a very busy, noisy road.

Simply the worst place I have stayed whilst working at the NEC over the last 40 years
Bad to get in through front door/no signage to room/cold upon entering/windows open...not easy to close...wifi didn't work/TV didn't work/no welcome drinks....poor poor poor/filthy decor/walls.....thank goodness I only had to stay 2 nights!

Spacious modern 2 bed ground floor apartment with parking and smart TV. Unfortunately the walls and doors were full of brown and black stains. The duvet of one of the two double beds was full of large blood stains and the bed linen cover was smaller than the duvet. Not a pleasant feeling. There were only two forks and three coffee mugs for a 4 person flat. Early check in costs 30 pound extra and late check out also. Beside that, only daylight in the living room with open plan kitchen. No daylight in the bedrooms and bathroom.

Cooker didn’t work at all, no towels provided, apartment smelt of cannabis, shower leaking, wardrobe broke! no response from the hosts, no apology and when asking for things to be fixed no response - then informed towels would be delivered - no towels - could not shower or cook all weekend!

Going home
The place was not clean and paid for early check-in and didn't get in untill 3 and after being told I went can check in for 13.00 and wasn't aloud into the property untill 14.30 then that all changed as we got the property for 14.30 and we where there before the cleaners had even arrived which then we had to wait for the to clean the property that we where staying in which was not cleaned at all and it did not help the situation that outside was full of rubbish bin overflowing outside and laying all over the carpark also and also only one window opens for the whole property

This place was not like the advertisement that was shown. Terrible state. Marks or walls, bedsheets were dirty. It was an absolute shock to book a property and then to see it like this, was very bad. I highly recommend not to book this place.

The location.
It needed a proper clean! The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It was like the sheets and towels get changed after a stay but nothing gets properly cleaned. The bath was dirty. The plug in the bath didn’t work. There wasn’t enough crockery or cutlery. 2 mugs. One glass. No chopping board.

The apartment is quite spacious for Europe, I read a couple reviews the day before I arrived and panicked, almost paid another more expensive hotel, glad I didn’t. It seems they read the reviews and actually took care. The only thing that remained is the bed, they sure need to change the mattress, we were so tired we didn’t see much though. And the sofa doesn’t look as clean as I’ve wished, but overall it is a comfortable place. There were complaints about the noise but I didn’t feel it was such a big deal, it’s just like when someone was on the corridor but not continuous noise… it is an economic solution don’t expect a 5 star hotel… but it was a great solution for us as my times were crazy, everything was crowded (I went for Ozzy’s last concert) so I just ordered something from Uber eats and you have fridge, induction cooktop, I had been traveling for like 10 days so I was in need of a laundry, but the apartment has a laundry machine so I was very happy about that… smart tv which I appreciated as in my 28 Europe trip I had to watch French tv, Italian tv, German tv, barely understanding a thing, I mean your traveling and not watching tv all the time but it’s so nice to get so tired and be able to watch something!
I was there for just a couple days and moved by taxi as I didn’t want to risk not understanding the city, and it was not as expensive as London, it was quite close to the train station and not that far from Villa Park, overall a good experience.
Service was good, instructions everywhere and good communication through WhatsApp.
The bed can seriously be improved. This is a place you most likely use primarily to sleep, make it a great experience by investing in a real mattress.

Easy quick response and booking even though it was last minute. Great price for the room and good location. Nice and clean too.
