Clean, spacious, friendly staff, beautifully designed and well decorated! Modern decor
Property was great but some of the neighbours in the corridor in other flats were smoking illegal substances so you could smell it once you entered the building but for our booking itself overall great satisfaction

The apartment was good and the location was decent for getting to the NEC
It's not their fault but the road was closed at night for roadworks, the noise didn't stop til 4am

Spacious environment. Fairly quiet
They could do better with cleaning especially the oven and the trays in the oven. Looks like cleaners don't check that
