Flat was very clean, modern and you can tell it is looked after. very happy

I wasn't 100% sure with the directions. but it was easy enough to find the right flat.

To have a whole flat to myself for £63 a night was very good value. It was clean,, modern and quite spacious. I had asked for a flat that was as quiet as possible and appreciated being allocated a flat at the back of the complex, rather than on the main road.

I visited during the heatwave and it was extremely hot in the flat, as the windows can't be opened very wide. Thankfully I had brought a fan with me, but even with this running the entire time (I moved the fan into the bedroom and had it running all night) the flat was extremely hot. It's possible air conditioning was available, but if so, I didn't find the on switch for it, unfortunately.. It would be good if a fan was provided in each room, particularly as thanks to the climate emergency, unfortunately we are likely to experience more and more hot weather.

Spacious flat, really handy having a dishwasher and washing machine as well. Very nicely decorated. And clean.

The door was a bit tricky to lock but once we knew the trick to it it was fine. The manager/landlord was really helpful.

The apartment is in a great location on a main route, perfect for us as we were attending an event at the NEC. Easy to find via sat nav. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and in a nice building. Would have been nice to have maybe some biscuits or something - after a long journey the little touches don’t go amiss. All amenities were provided.

The faff of getting into all the doors with codes was a nightmare especially the apartment door. It just felt stressful. There was also a very strong smell of drains inside which made it very unpleasant. We had to have the kitchen extractor on all evening and keep the bathroom door closed. It is also very warm in there so when the weather is warm outside the apartment feels stifling - would be a good idea to keep a fan or two to hand for guests as the windows don’t open far. Bed was not comfy for 2 tall people and the mattress is too soft - you can feel every move the other person makes. Bigger bath towels and a nicer shower gel and maybe some shampoo would be good. Also hooks for the back of the bathroom door so you don’t need to put your things on the wet floor.
