It was a wonderful stay right by the canal in the centre of Birmingham There’s not many places for the money that cone as good as this I had a small problem with the TV not working but I didn’t go to watchTV Highly recommended & I’ll definitely be calling again

the location was very good for walking back safely after seeing a show at Birmingham Rep. Pleasant part of the city
box containing tea bags etc was empty on arrival. When a cleaner arrived with a black bag of towels asking to leave them - I mentioned this, she apologised, and later left some on doorstep. Bedroom ceiling light very bright, 1 of 2 bedside lights working - very poor light. TV reliant on scanning something from my phone to turn it on - so was unable to watch TV Shower gel/hand wash dispensers were empty. It was also very warm sleeping, and a fan would have been appreciated
