Cozy flat by Birmingham Canals & City Centre

The place itself was cute and easy to access. It would have been nice to have a fan or air condition for hot days.

Well the original remote was swapped with two remotes that the host had no knowledge of so I was left without entertainment and in searching for the remote came across what seems to have been narcotics which was handed to the host. I was quite uncomfortable as I expect the property to be cleaned thoroughly with the house rules, which states any drugs found in the property would be reported to the police. That being said it concerned me that if Thorough check was done after I checked out then there’s a probability that I could be fined or questioned by police.

Great location. Very well equipped. Bed extremely comfortable

Only one lock and key so maybe could add Yale lock. Fan did not work and it was a hot night

excellent location for symphony hall area & canal quarter. All very clean & nice size

Quite a few flies probably because of bins below at rear of property - needs an effective fly trap. Maybe could have provided milk cartons/sachets with the coffee machine.

Secure locking system, comfortable bed and scenic location.

Broken towel handle, spiders within the towels that I discovered upon going to wash my hands, previous tenants food in the freezer (raw meat), tv not working very well. In the event of a fire the wardrobe was blocking the bedroom entranceway so would have been a potential danger risk. Coffee from the machine tasted very chemically so hasn’t been cleaned properly it seemed.
