- No Parties or Gatherings – This property is for registered guests only. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use the designated smoking area if needed.
- Pets Allowed Upon Approval – There will be £50 per pet, and we will require a damage deposit of £100 (less than 20lbs). Note, that only dogs are allowed.
- Respect Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
- Respect the Property – Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately. A holding deposit is required at check in for any potential damages, this is released once check out checks have been made.
- No Illegal Substances – The use of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the property.
- Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.
- Maintain Cleanliness – Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional fees.
