The apartment was immaculately presented, with the added surprise of a generous supply of some basic foodstuffs (pasta, condiments etc). It's an easy 20 minute walk into the city centre, although I discovered there is also a bus which stops right outside the Bullring. Dhaval's communication and help with advice on parking options were also excellent.
The own slight downside was that in having the bedroom window open at night due to the heatwave it did become a bit noisy from about 5.30am.
