About this apartment rental

Welcome to our new, modern, spacious 2 bed apartment. Located behind Broad Street, close to Brindley Place in Birmingham City Centre our apartment is perfectly suited to anyone working in the city or visiting on a city break.

The apartment is two minutes walk from Brindley Place, 6 minutes walk from the International Convention Centre, Symphony Hall and The Rep and a short bus ride from the City Centre. The perfect base for your visit to Birmingham whatever your reason for visiting.

Our spacious apartment boasts a generously proportioned master bedroom with en-suite, good sized second bedroom and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds and there is a sofa bed in the lounge. The living space has a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials including a coffee maker. In the dinning space there is a large table and chairs and the lounge area has comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day at work or a day sight seeing.

Excellent stay!
Naomi and Ben were incredibly accommodating calling and checking up on us, making sure we were comfortable. The flat was spacious and warm. Great location- 5 min walk to broad street, the cinema, major restaurants. 20 min walk to the city centre. Excellent- can't recommend it enough!
