The apartment was clean and the host was amazing. He made sure we were comfortable. When I complained about the mirror in the room he changed it immediately. He also gave us some wines for me and my girls to enjoy.

A cozy place with exceptional hospitality

Our two-night stay at the 3-bedroom house was fantastic. The location, just 5 minutes from the train station with a quick 10-minute ride to the city center, is incredibly convenient. The house is clean, well-equipped, and cozy, with effective heating, excellent TV, and reliable WiFi. The backyard, complete with a table and chairs, adds a delightful outdoor space. Self check-in is a breeze, adding to the convenience. A minor note: Bring your own hairdryer. There are two bathrooms on the first floor and an extra one on the ground floor without a shower. However, the team's thoughtful touches include providing coffee, sugar, and milk, making mornings even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the team's hospitality. Quick responses, a thoughtful instruction sheet, a surprise birthday cake for our friend, and the offer of a late check-out made our stay memorable. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the late check-out due to an early flight, but we're eager to return. Highly recommended!

The 3-bedroom house offered a fantastic stay, and a couple of small enhancements could add to the experience. Including a hairdryer among the bathroom amenities and placing mirrors in front of the bathroom sinks would be thoughtful touches. Despite these minor suggestions, my overall experience was positive, and I look forward to returning for another delightful stay.

Unfortunately for us the beds were terribly uncomfortable, felt every spring. Also not enough pillows and they were very flat ( lucky we brought some from home). no dressing table to get ready ( a personal preference).

Fine, but a few obvious errors and not fit for purpose if staying more than 2 nights

It is modern, enough space to fit 2 cars, and a large garden that is a bonus. The property itself - great.

It didn't feel homely, and it didn't feel as if they had thought of the guests at all when deciding what would go into the house. We didn't have any choice by the time we found out because there were no other properties available, but cameras around the house are SUCH an invasion of privacy. Particularly as we were using common areas (sofabed) to sleep. Never again. Biggest problem: - We booked fo 7 people, and then confirmed there would be at least 6 of us. 5 bed capacity, with 2 on a sofabed. No bed linen for the sofa bed at all. No duvet, no covers, no pillows, no towels. We found this out when it was too late and one of the guests had to sleep under a random blanket they found from their car. - one single ikea hanging rail for 'storage' for the 7 capacity - very dirty singular oven tray (uncleaned) so couldn't cook more than 1 thing at a time in there - no cleaning supplies so we found it very difficult to keep the place clean while we were there - very small towels to use for the bath - 6 of us confirmed and 5 tiny tiny mini milks, made 2 cups of tea - what's the point? - I confirmed there would be shampoo at the property ahead of time, none. Just say there isn't any so we can bring more?

property was amazing. everything true to photos, it was so accommodating, great communication towards the host throughout the trip. would 100% stay here again the next time I visit birmingham with my friends. also wasn’t far from the city centre so everything was so easy and accessible for me and my friends

This property is very clean in and out. The rooms are very spacious with sufficient facilities. Shops and amenities are very close to the property. The garden is very spacious and very clean as well. Spacious and very clean. Location was good. Parking at door amenities good. I have a medical condition and there was upstairs ensuite and a cloakroom downstairs which was perfect for me.

Not sure I have any complaints to call out. We had 6 people for a couple of nights and the accommodation took us all easily.

We voelden ons opgelicht !

Check in tijd was 00.00 in de boeking en ondanks van te voren en op de dag van inchecken vaak vragen, kregen we pas rond 3pm te horen dat we konden inchecken en toen konden we gaan rijden erheen. 4pm ingecheckt. Geen fijne communicatie was het. We boekten voor zes mensen en er was voor vijf mensen plek om te slapen. Het verwarmingssysteem werkte niet zoals het hoorde. Het huis bleef lang koud. Het systeem haperde continu. Er was geen bedlinnen voor de slaapbank. Erin lagen volledig geel bevlekte dekbedden!!Maar daar waren dus geen hoezen voor en als ze er wel waren geweest, hadden we die zeer vieze dekbedden echt niet aangeraakt. Overal waren vlekken op de muren. Er waren vieze mokken. Eten in de diepvries. De radiator direct naast de eettafel was volledig verroest. Keek je op uit tijdens eten. De host loog achteraf tegen ons en Booking toen we een refund wilden. Ze draaiden de feiten om. Vervolgens beloofden ze 40 terug te betalen en we zeiden beleefd dat als we dat ontvangen hadden we alsnog een aardige review zouden geven. Toen zei de baas heel brutaal schreeuwerig in berichten dat het geld niet meer kwam omdat we hun chanteerden met een slechte review ??? Omgekeerde wereld. Waanzinnig hoe de baas tekeer ging. We raden het af te gaan. Het huis wordt met foto’s als luxe weergegeven wat het zeker niet is. Bijvoorbeeld 1 plaid op 1 single bed. Op de rest niks. Er zijn 2 double beds en 1 single. 3 slaapkamers, geen 4. De slaapbank en dus zitbank is heel vies. Bruin van vuil. Net als de kussens. Schandalig dat we zo duur voor deze ellende betaald hadden. Ook was er trouwens een spiegel kapot op de slaapkamer en het licht in huis was vreemd en de lamellen in de woonkamer klopten niet, sloten niet. In de tuin stond een totaal kapotte party tent. Nee, echt af te raden! Vies, armzalig, en brutaal bedrijf. We voelden ons erg opgelicht!
