Clean and cosy apartment, located close to city centre and near the canals.
The check-in time stated was between 2pm - 7pm, at 2pm I had not received the check-in instructions so I called both numbers only to be informed the check-in time was 3pm but has been pushed back to 3.30pm because the previous guests overstayed. I requested for late check-out as the delay had caused tension within the group, the hosts agreed but never updated on the check-out time and I had to keep calling them for a response.

Everything. A large apartment with two bedrooms - space for 4-6 people if sofa bed used. Large kitchen living room area. All amenities you could need large fridge, washing machine etc. Nice balcony.
The flat is not in the centre of town and allow some 15 minute walk. That being said it is nearby other notable hotels such as Leonardo. Nearby by conference centre and Jewellery Quarter just a short stroll away.

Location. Bed comfy. Well stocked with toilet paper, soap, shower gel and dishwasher tablets (just a shame the dishwasher didn’t work)
Shower blocked, light flickered badly in other shower room. Dishwasher didn’t work.
