Ok in Brum

Great location walking distance from major attractions and city centre. Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Complimentary tea coffee facilities, linen and towels. Apartment comes with carpark. Smart tv with streaming services. Washing machine and dishwasher available.

Apartment could do with a bit of TLC. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor when used, and bathtub also leaked from the bottom. Only 2 lights worked in the kitchen which was a pain. Single beds were old iron beds that creaked terribly. Double bed was pretty hard, ok if u like that but not for us. Wardrobe in bedroom only had curtain covering and inside was a bunch of stuff. Bit of an eyesore and could do with putting a proper door on and making it more presentable. Heating was a pain, someone had played around with it and heating would go off during the night and come back on during the day when we weren't there. Not ideal with kids, it was either stinking hot or cold no matter how many times we tried to fix it. No instructions for heating either so that would be useful to add. Design wise apartment attempts to be modern but it's quite dark because it doesn't have the lighting plan to go along with the decor. Dark interiors do work well if done right but this falls a little flat. Has huge potential to earn more if a few upgrades made. Would I stay again as it is now, probably not but the price I think accurately reflects the standard of the apartment.

On New Year’s Eve we were due to arrive, they never sent instructions on how to access , then ignored calls / WhatsApp from both myself and booking.com . We were left stranded on New Year’s Eve for 3 nights.

This is trivial but the room door handles drove us mad, especially the bathroom one, it needs fixing. I need to message the property to let them now. But that is honestly it. Fab place.

Location great, perfect for SeaLife, Lego Discovery Centre and Utilita. Easy to find, check in process very smooth. Secure parking so didn't have to worry about the car while we were there. Apartment was clean and spacious. Great value for money. We were very impressed and would book again without hesitation.

Gorgeous apartment with everything you could need for an amazing price.

Loved the apartment, secure parking and amazing location, very close to canal and ICC which I was visiting. The host was fab giving helpful videos about how to access parking and apartment plus excellent communication via what’s app. All amenities were provided including tea, coffee, soaps, towels, everything we could need. Really nice decor, great bathrooms and facilities, balcony with table and 2 chairs. Nice view from 6th floor, easy access with lift.

Perfect location for Utilita Arena Birmingham events

Very helpful and lovely to deal with would definitely book again. Only issue we had was with deliveroo we never got our order but the host even tried to help with that .highly recommend and we will go back its perfect for attending Utilita Arena Birmingham which was why we booked. Im disabled and its perfect for people with mobility issues.

Fabulous location as central but really quiet - an oasis in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit very easily.

Perfect place to stay near city centre.

The apartment was how it was described. Couldn't fault it.

I found the check in confusing as I do not have a smartphone. I had to give my sons number so that the information could be sent to his smartphone. We were an elderly group and I think that it is assumed that everyone is able to access a smartphone but there are many people who do not have one. It would be nice if there was another way to inform people of the checking in process.

Good location and generally good facilities.

It took too long to gain entry due to host not responding to phone calls and messages. The sofa bed was broken and therefore unusable and no attempts were made to fix it and no compensation was offered.

Brilliant instructions of how to get into the apartment sent via whatsapp on arrival day. Quiet apartment in nice complex. Great location close to the canals and a short walk from New St. Price was fantastic.

Great apartment, safe & with parking, in perfect location

Excellent location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, Gas Basin Canals, and city centre. Friendly communicative staff whom we could actually speak to by phone. Even a bottle of bubbly as a welcome gift for a birthday. Keys on-site not miles away. Free secure on-site parking space. Comfy beds. Well-resourced & equipped incl tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, soaps etc. Would recommend very highly.

A little noise audible Friday night (from the canal-side area), but it lasted less than 10 mins. To be expected given the central location.

Everything apart from the hosts!!!

They asked us to call 30 mins before arrival & then again when we arrived. They completely ignored us & left us in the lay by for over an hour that they asked us to go to. We eventually sorted it ourselves. We were there to meet up with some important people...we completely missed our appointment. When we finally spoke to someone we didn't even get an apology. Also the accommodation address is completely different to the one they provided. Beware...it is NOT 26-28 sheepcote street.

Apartment complex felt safe and bed were very comfortable. Ideal parking for 1 car.

Bed sheets had marks on it and they were bobbled. Could do with replacing. Unclear directions on how to get into apartment complex. Had to ring and the lady gave us another street name as we found it straight away.

This property was in a nice quiet part of Birmingham that was fairly close to the city centre with just a brief walk or a 5 minute cab journey. The property itself was spotless upon arrival, with that home-like atmosphere. It was very welcoming and my friends and I were all extremely satisfied

Excellent city centre location. Great base for exploring.

Perfect location to explore the city. Very central. Two good sized bedrooms, one en suite bathroom with shower. Separate main bathroom with bath. Well kitted kitchen. Big TV in the living room.

Requires some TLC in places. Not perfectly clean. That said, I totally understand that the purpose of this let is for great access to the city and not intended to be 5 star luxury.
