Everything was absolutely amazing and was so clean. It was very comfy and cozy and had that homely feel to it

We had a lovely experience staying at this house. We travelled down as a family for the night before my brother’s graduation, and found the accommodation to be spacious and very comfortable. The location of the house is really good, and we had an easy and quick walk to the venue and any shops/restaurants. The owner was also very responsive when we struggled to find the key at first, and the place was very reasonably priced for a family.

This isn’t a dislike and more of an FYI, but I wanted to leave a note for anyone travelling with more than one car, that the road to park outside has a permit from 8am-19:30pm Mon-Sat. So just something to keep in mind if you are not travelling by train etc.

Great location. Everything was in order. The dining table was all laid out which was nice. Good communication. Tea and coffee available. Working WiFi. It was all clean.

Lots of things in the house were slightly broken so it reminded me of student accommodation! Nothing major, but the door handle wasn't secure and the cupboard doors were wonky etc. Also, parking is on the grass verge, rather than a designated space. You also need to pay the Birmingham clean air zone charge where the accommodation is, which wasn't informed on the advert.
