Parking and nicely furnished

This is a spotlessly clean apartment with more space than I was expecting from the photos. It had everything we needed, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms for an overnight stay. The TV was easy to use and there was enough sofa space for the 3 of us. We felt safe and it was a quiet area, even though the lounge windows front onto a street and people and cars did come past, it didn't bother us. The parking space was right outside which was perfect and the apartment is on the ground floor, so very accessible for older people. The video I was sent before hand about how to find the apartment from the gated entrance was absolutely invaluable - watch it! I would never have found it otherwise!

The key box is positioned such that when you drive into the road you have to get out to access it and if a car comes in behind you or wants to leave in front of you then you are blocking the road. This was a bit stressful - especially on departure as the lock box would not open for some time despite having the correct code! I'm not sure how this could be improved as there are lots of other lockboxes and it's clearly what everyone else does!

The property was lovely, very clean and nicely prepared for our visit. In a complex with a parking space. A longer walk from the city than expected.

It was very hard to find the key in the key box to get in. There was a video but it was very old and lots more boxes has been added to the area. The number had rubbed off the box so we had to try them to find the right one, just needs the number adding. Communication was slow from the property when asking about parking etc. Had to remind property about returning my deposit, said 5-7 working days, reminded on the 8th and it was transferred instantly.

It was a very clean property and had everything you needed in it. We didn’t have any trouble with water running out like previous comments.

The location felt pretty unsafe, it was extremely noisey so for 2 nights we had next to no sleep. There were people outside on the phone at every hour through the night. There was a car in our space which took 1.5 hours to sort out as security didn’t help or answer however the guy on booking.com was straight on it when I made him aware.
