Birmingham City Centre, 2-Bedroom Apartment, 5 min walk from New Street Train Station

The host Izak was extremely accommodating, he even went and got a cot for us on the day and sorted a different property for us to stay the following day so we could extend our stay. Really helpful.

Location was perfect for going to the Utilita, easy access to the apartment block and communication from Izak was brilliant. Apartment was comfortable with lovely decor.

Seemed clean although I noticed an odour of sweaty feet on the sheets at the bottom of the bed which was definitely not us, the duvet covers didn't look crisp or freshly laundered either.I dismissed this however when I left I received a message that there was a stain on the mattress protector and they wanted me to replace this. I felt somewhat unnerved to think they dont have the facility to change all bedding after each guest. At least the next resident will have a total change of bedding including mattress protector. I did send a £12 bank transfer for them to buy a new protector from Primark across the road. If you see anything on anything I would photograph it immediately and send it to them to ensure they don't attempt to charge you.

On Sunday night there was an impromptu reggee party from a random car which went on for hours and was just awful. Didn't like the idea that the .mattress protector on the bed was not laundered after the previous resident.

It was centrally located.
