Great communication with host, we had a great stay no issues

Unsafe door couldn’t lock it

The space is good and location

There was damage on the wall, The door was broken so you couldn’t lock it, I felt unsafe for my family, I had children with me. The owner kept asking why I came to stay here, what was there reason, how many people are staying, none of this made any sense, he also said I had to give a desposit before coming into the building, he also said if I brake anything he will keep the deposit money, but I took videos recording as soon as I entered to show all the faults. Was not very happy about the main door lock situation. I’m wondering if I hadn’t recorded all this and showed him would he have charged me and said it’s all my fault????

Very large house in a great location

This house was in a great location for the concert we went to and it was great to walk so quickly back afterwards instead of queue in traffic. The house is super spacious and much more so than it looks in the photos. It is obviously recently renovated and the decor is very modern, all carpets are new and clean. The bathrooms are very good and modern. The whole house was cleaned to a high standard.

The beds are quite poor and we could feel the springs in the mattresses easily. OK for one night but would not want to stay for more than a few nights due to this. One of the beds in the twin room has clearly been broken in the past and the efforts to fix it are quite poor - it really need to be replaced. The kitchen is quite poorly equipped e.g. there was one small pairing knife but thats it, and only a few glasses suitable to drink wine. Again not an issue as we were only there for one night but would have been if we were there for longer. The house is in an area where there is lots of building going on, so diggers woke us up at about 7.30am. Having said all this, we would still come back if we needed somewhere to stay after a gig as the location is brilliant for access to gas street area.

Birmingham dump

Location was good for the centre. House was a good size and was fairly well presented.

Having to walk through a huge pile of rubbish to get to the house is awful! I appreciate there is an issue at the moment for the rubbish but considering this is a business I would expect it to be better than this. A huge pile of rubbish that you have to literally walk through to get to the house is not acceptable, shame they aren’t as picky about this as they were a towel!

Good central location. Spacious on 3 floors with a large open space living room/ kitchen area. Perfect for 7 females getting ready for an event. Immaculately clean.

The white towels & bedding were a bit of an issue as the whole group had on fake tan. There were no flutes for drinking fizz from which was a shame but we made do with the glasses available.

It exceeded expectations

Spacious,modern feel ,the property conversion from old industrial building was imaginative and gave the accommodation character.The location was great for jewellery quarter and city centre and had everything we needed

Good comfortable stay

The property was huge, very clean and ventral location.

Property lacked final touches to make it more homely. No bedside tables/bedside lamps Not all bedrooms had hanging space Not enough mirrors for doing make up for size of house Few little more touches would take it to next level (like properly next door which was well furnished and dressed) No parking was a big downside. We were told to park outside by owner despite it being a permit area they said it was okay. However we luckily arrived home as a traffic warden was about to issue a parking ticked and said the information we were given was wrong. Had to move car which was a nightmare with lots of one way streets. Owner should be clear and advise where to legally park without fines.

Info pack or link to info would have been useful. Key press could have been positioned by the door. Unclear on parking, did ask the question in advance and advised parking fine but wouldn’t have known where to park if side street suggested was unavailable

The place is nice and tidy, but not advised if you are driving.

The parking is horrible around the area. The property is on street that allows parking but it's always full. There is a construction site at the end of the street with trucks coming in and out of the narrow road. I can't get close to the street and we end up carrying our suitcases to another street.

Couldn’t recommend this house enough! The location was excellent - just a short walk to the city centre. The host was also very helpful, any questions would be answered quickly. The house had everything we needed and was clean and modern, and was perfect for what we wanted.
