Very spacious modern house.
Bed mattresses were quite hard and the sofa beds wouldn’t be great for sleeping on comfortably.

Fabulous location for our trip to the arena which is a ten minute walk away with the canal area next to it and all the bars and restaurants
The house is spacious and offers plenty of accommodation and everything you need to self cater
The beds were not the comfiest but after an exhausting day we slept reasonably well the building site outside woke us all up at bang on 8 so no alarm needed and the builders moved their vehicles so I could get the car out in the morning

The house was really nice, easy to check in, good communication from the owner. The location was perfect as it’s a short walk to the center and the Utilita arena. Paid the deposit and received it back within a couple days as stated.

The parking is horrible around the area. The property is on street that allows parking but it's always full. There is a construction site at the end of the street with trucks coming in and out of the narrow road. I can't get close to the street and we end up carrying our suitcases to another street.
