Amazing location for our needs, literally 4 minute walk to venue we were going to, Owner ever so helpful as needed to call couple times re lock box, parking etc, there was even a pint of milk in fridge to make a cup of tea :-)
There was only one towel in bathroom but i did let owner know who apologised profusely & was going to challenge cleaner as they are instructed to leave 2 towels. Kitchen smelt heavily of curry from previous occupant, was quite off putting we didnt venture into kitchen much as made me gag the smell :-/ not owners fault though.

Great location for Arena, restaurants, aquarium etc. The flat is moderate in size but has everything you need and the quality of items in the flat is good to very good. The price is very fair given the location and quality. The balcony is a nice touch. The kitchen fittings were good and the fridge was cold (always a good thing).
The bed was adequate but the footboard stopped me stretching out (I'm long). That's about it.

flat was comfortable, big, full equipped and silent in the evening.
the windows didnt touched/fit full to the frames, so a bit of sound from outside was hearable. bud nothing that important. was up to the construction of the building i think.
