I was accused of smoking in the apartment, the wife confirmed that I wasn't. Also, i was awoken by the sounds of water dripping at 230am and upon checking the ceiling was leaking water hitting the toilet. I messaged him and to date no response! I guess suggestion a partial refund was out of the question.

Nothing liked about the property

The neighbours forced us to leave the property at 2Am. We reach at the property around 10 and just talking normally not even playing the music or talking loudly but still the neighbours are shouting outside the house . I try to call the staff but they didn’t picked up and the neighbours forced us and we leave the property around 2 and book the another one and stay there. The staff call me in the morning and refused to give me the refund.

It’s a flat. Self check in

Not clean. Pictures are misleading. Bathroom is the one with no separation between WC and shower. No toilet paper. No handwash. No dish soap. Towel smelled of curry. Toilet papers and dish soap were given at 8am, when we were about to leave.
