Everything was perfect and honestly I didn't see anything wrong which i write here and. good part. Amazing weekend away, clean and tidy

Good location, quiet area, well equipped kitchen. Nice and tidy apartment and had everything you need for a weekend stay away from home. Host is very responsive and attentive. Very friendly and quick to communicate back.

Could do with leaving a couple of hand towels. Air fryer and oven were not clean and bed was not comfortable could do with a change of mattress. Also a long standing mirror would be nice too.

Ideal for a short break to visit the local area

Location was ideal for places we wanted to visit.

When we got there the balcony was unlocked and we found the key in a drawer but it wouldn’t lock. We did report this when we left the property.

Horror trip

Scary location. Might be cockroaches. Inside the paint is scraped of the walls. The apartment PIN code was the same as the main door. Not safe. The sealing around the toilet was stained yellow and the bathroom had a damp smell.

Perfect stay - great company! 👍🏽

Ann was extremely helpful and friendly from the beginning. Made us feel very welcome and I had all the info I needed. I also messaged to ask for a small favour and she accommodated without hesitation which made our trip much smoother. The location and the amenities are great. Plenty of sockets in good positions, extensive kitchenware and even coffee/tea sachets which are not a guarantee in apartment style bookings.

Walls are a little thin but nothing to be done about that by Sterling Edge.

Bad odour

Overall, good apartment, unfortunately, there are strong odour of sewage in the flat landing.

The odour didn’t go even the owner asked the cleaner to flush and clean the toilets! I think the carpet is the cause of the strong smell! Therefore, made the apartment over price and not value for money anymore 😔

Overall a really great space

Nice big space. Easy to check in. Overall seemed clean and facilities were great. Travel cot worked wonders and baby slept very well

The bed was uncomfortable. Two singles pushed together so a really hard middle and the mattress was very soft. Sofa seemed to have a lot of stains on it

We liked how pretty much everything was provided to us and how helpful the staff were, especially with the help book. The place was clean and it was very peaceful.

Clean comfortable and relaxing

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was modern, quiet, and incredibly easy to access from the train station. I especially loved the use of access codes—they were simple to use, and the information provided by the owners before my visit was very straightforward and helpful. The room was spotless, and the ambiance truly set a relaxing tone for the entire stay. One of my favorite parts was sitting outside on the balcony at night—the view of the pond and the occasional ducks passing by made it such a peaceful experience. The host was fantastic—she sent a thoughtful message after my first day to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated. Even though we didn’t meet in person, her presence and attentiveness were definitely felt throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here again. Thanks for a great experience!

Lovely clean apartment by the canal can not beat it

The apartment was very clean on arrival and the layout is perfect. Balcony facing onto the canal that caught most of the sunshine while staying there. Car park is perfect plenty of space for any type of vehicle. Owners are easy to talk to and very quick at responding which is ideal. Heating control easy to control Plenty of sockets and are in suitable points around the apartment no need to move furniture to access them Shower also easy to work and kept temperature.

Excellent flat right beside canal, and ideally situated close by the Sandwell Aquatics Centre. The flat was excellent with plenty of parking. I highly recommend.

What a pleasant experience

My stay at this luxury apartment was one of my best experiences ever. The upgraded decor, the cleanliness, and appliances in the kitchen literally made our stay very pleasant. Amazing!!!

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, was well informed and staff were very professional and replied quickly with any queries.

There were road closures that we weren't aware of on other parts of the road, making it difficult at first to get to the apartment. However, as soon as we contacted staff, they promptly gave alternative routes and were very accommodating. Overall, we had a good experience and was able to work it out.
