easy to get to from the transportation industry- uber and lyft. the host had left a supply of tea, sugar and coffee , salt and pepper as well as some supply of cooking foil and cooking oil. the morning tea supplies were very much appreciated. and when the heating did not work the host got it taken care of.
a little too far for groceries shopping, the house needed more basic supplies ie more utensils, and dishware, more larger sizes of glassware, more than 1 pot for cooking and some extra bedding for cold weather. Found the place too far from other family home for quicker visits. there was also not enough seating in the living room - one futon sofa for three adults and teenager……….. plus multiple dining room chairs were in need of replacement- legs bent and unstable for adults and children.

Clean and tidy .. perfect location if your travelling to Birmingham nec or near by .. mini Market over the road sells pretty much everythink you need or there are supermarkets up the road aswell .. Will definitely book again when going to Birmingham nec next year .

It was spacious and near by to my point of interest. Owner was nice and responded timely.
1) The mattresses were in a poor condition , really difficult to sleep due to the springs indenting into my body. After a complaint the owner provided the Mattress protector it was for only 1 out of 5 beds.
2) Toilet seat was broken, was not fixed even after raising a complaint.
3) No curtains in any room, only blinds. Struggled to sleep due to early sun rising at 5am.
