A comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay perfect for my 5 nights in Walsall!
The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. I loved the thoughtful touches like the bedside lamp and the cozy seating area. The location was quiet yet convenient, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The WiFi worked perfectly, and having a fan in the room was a nice bonus. It really felt like a home away from home!
Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. If I had to be extremely picky, perhaps a small kettle in the room would have been nice, but that's a very minor suggestion. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations.

Very bad management no refund
Nothing poor communication asking for £350 in total on top off £73.00 that i paid for room did not stay x6 calls no response and when finally answered told to read terms and conditions rudely...ask for refund as no response had to book somewhere else .

Good value for money.
I liked the coded doors. It was warm, quiet & had a nice shower.
Room 6, lamp not plugged into a socket, so just a lamp without power. Odd.

The place was calm and good for relaxing. It’s in a good location and feels safe.
Poor communication with the host — calls were not answered and messages were replied to late. There was also no shower gel provided. In addition, the deposit was refunded later than expected instead of the next day. If these issues can be fixed, it would be an excellent place to stay.

Very disappointing
Nothing, because no one was there to let me in. She was demanding additional £150 over the phone after payment made to booking. Com. I had to go to travelogue hotel to spend the night. I consider that place to be scammed. No refund yet.
I wasn't given the chance to experience anything. We were let down by homestay.
