Fairly Good Place

Good location in town. Fairly clean and neat. Self check-in. Good window view. Nice beddings.

Confusing to locate building. Very limited parking space for just about 6 cars. No toiletries. Poor heating system.

Clean, comfortable convenient welcoming stay

The room had everything we needed, close lovely authentic Indian restaurant, literally a stones throw away, the only criticism I could give was the window curtains do not give full coverage at the bottom of the window due to shape of the arched window, but we used cushions to cover, so was easily rectified, overall great, clean, comfortable little apartment 😊

Good enough for price

Nice sized room. Everything needed was available.

My toilet wouldn't flush, but I was moved to another room immediately. In the second room, the shower drain was blocked, and this was fixed the following day. On the day before I was to check out, I noticed mushrooms growing from the bottom of the skirting board, and my door lock stopped working, but staff attended and replaced the batteries within a couple of hours.

A lot there was party’s and people taking drugs in the apartments noise all night didn’t stay my full time left and booked else where

The apartment was clean and comfortable and convenient for the bus and the shops. Besides the few things mentioned above

It had mostly everything needed

Water in the kitchen tap was extremely hot and hot burnt a couple of times. Could do with some small pots and other utensils such as tin/bottle opener and storage containers. The window faced the street but there were no nets so had to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

The views of the sea and the clean beach outside my room. I also liked that the rooms we designed to use minimal power from the grid and maximize usage of natural light

Actual Address was different from that stated on booking.com, I called up and they said they know, well update the listing then. Room stank of smoke. Bed had a dip in the middle so wasn’t comfortable for 2 people

The communication with the owner of property was lacking, he replied in the beginning but took time and then no replies after. The place in the pictures was not the place I received. The bathroom door couldn’t even close and then had to get a handy man to sand it down to close, the hot water works only when it wants to. The place was not as clean as it should have been. The maid walked in when I was yelling saying wait. They just type in the code and walk in as if no one’s there. The place doesn’t like it gets cleaned much. The wifi on tv doesn’t even work. The wifi also had be request few times to get password cause he didn’t know which one works best for the room. The smell in the lobby is terrible as if it was old and moldy. I felt like for the price I was robbed I could have got a nicer place to stay. This place is so highly rated but I don’t think it’s real reviews. I came from Canada and this stay made me feel like I was staying in a burnt down building. No microwave, the mini fridge was leaking moisture. Countless amount of problems and the owner clearly doesn’t care about his place let alone value the tenants stay. Worst place I have stayed in life.

Well organised. Good comms. Good facilities in the apartment. Comfy bed. Reasonably priced. Our room (no. 1) at the rear of the ground floor was surprisingly peaceful considering the adjacent roads.

Not a very salubrious area. Limited parking with no obvious alternative if you can’t get 1 of the 5 spaces. Especially when 1 person uses takes 2 places! (see photo). Extremely small bathroom.

Bed is uncomfortable and very small. Not a full size double. The apartment is difficult to locate not helped by the fact that if you follow the link through the Booking website for the address it takes you to the WRONG location. I had to seek help after an hour and a half walking around looking for it.its also in a bit of a run down area and just felt a little unsafe away from everything except a local Sainsbury’s store and McDonalds about a 15 minute walk.Property is located about a 15 minute bus ride (Number 87 bus) from nearest train station. Apartment although clean smelt very musty. Shower soap was watered down and ran out.Did not bother us but washing machine was dented upon arrival. ( letting company was informed so they may have that sorted by now). Overall we personally would not stay here again and only chose it because of the booking star rating that I personally cannot agree as accurate.

Cleanliness, availability of a cooker with an oven, and the basic kitchen utensils needed for cooking a meal, free parking available, even though it is first-come, first-served, secure building - a security code is needed to first enter the building before using a code to enter the studio

Not having a microwave, not having a plug at the table so I had to move the table the first day, and the next day I bought an extension, lack of soundproof walls, as I could hear every activity happening next door - this didn't bother me, though I was on my own.

Everything. Clean, modern and fresh decor. Safe, secure, well stocked. Free parking, fast/efficient booking and check in process. Friendly, easy to communicate with & professional staff. Extra touches that other places don’t think of. Nearby shops, entertainment & places to eat are plentiful. Motorway links & public transport are literally on the doorstep.

The best place around

The Luxury decor & lovely furniture had thought put into it, how all the cutlery, crockery & cooking equipment was pristine & organised. Overall very clean & cleaner ensures that the facilities are sparkling & extremely neat. There’s a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube & Prime Apps (own logins required). Fast internet speed when I visit usually. Well stocked Tea/Coffee/Sugar with kettle, toaster, washer & fridge. Fresh & soft towels provides. Comfy but firm mattress on double with 4 soft pillows provided & well dressed. Iron & mini board plus hair dryer. Clean wash cloth & toilet rolls so you don’t have to buy your own if you forget. High level of building security with smart locks on exterior and interior. CCTV on out and inside. Fenced in yard for smoking or if you don’t smoke, you can get some fresh air/sun light as equipped with seating area and night light. Small amount of Parking on designated area out front of building. En suite with decent sized electric shower. Quiet. Nearby McDonalds, Sainsbury’s Superstore and a retail park, petrol station and newsagents/off licence as well as many fast food stores and restaurants.

Microwave would be very helpful. Few spiders on cobwebs but I have a phobia so spot them more than other people
