Die Nähe zur NEC , und die Größe des Appartements
Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll,
1. Zur vereinbarten Check-In war niemand da. Da die Haupttüre verschlossen ist und nur via Digital Schlüssel geöffnet werden kann, standen wir erst mal 30 Min draußen in der Kälte. Haben dann die Telefonnummer gewählt wo eine sehr unmotivierte Dame ans Telefon ging. Sie meinte sie kommt gleich und ließ uns nochmal fast 30 Min warten obwohl sie in dem Appartement Haus wohl wohnt. Sie kam dann , richtete an meinem Handy den digitalen Schlüssel ein für Haupt und Appartement Tür und weg war sie. Wenn man willkommen ist, das sieht anders aus aber nun gut. Wir dann in 4. Stock das Appartement bezogen, gut wir haben bei dem Preis nicht viel erwartet aber dass für die 3. Person nicht mal Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden sind das ist mager . Hab ich dann der unnetten Dame mitgeteilt über WhatsApp, meinte sie bringt sie dann noch vorbei. Inzwischen sind wir zu Hause , wir warten immer noch drauf. Unser Sohn musste sich dann mit unserer Hundedecke zudecken. Es war auch unsauber, verranzt und abgewohnt aber ok wie gesagt da konnte ich mit leben, im Bad hängt ein riesen Duschpaneel, davon funktioniert aber nur die kleine Handbrause. Was aber wirklich der Oberknaller war und das ist ein absolutes NoGo war, wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht. Nach der ersten Nacht machten wir einen Tagesausflug kamen Abends um 8 Uhr erschöpft zurück und wollten nur schnell rein da wir für den Wettkampf am nächsten Tag noch viel zu tun hatten. Als wir ankamen funktionierte der Schlüssel nicht mehr. Wir standen in Eiseskälte mit unserem Sohn draußen. Wir haben die Nummer angerufen, da hieß es man kümmert sich drum und muss es abklären. Über WhatsApp das gleiche. Die unfreundliche Dame meldete sich ewig nicht zurück, Antworten über WhatsApp kamen nur sporadisch. Zum Glück kam zum Haupteingang jemand raus, dass wir das Haus betreten konnten, saßen dann aber weiter 1 Stunde in der kalten Lobby.
