Loved the layout of the accommodation with four single beds in one big room - this suited our family of four perfectly.
The living room area is lovely with comfy sofas and a dedicated account for visitors on Netflix which is always appreciated.
The shower is a decent size with shampoo ans shower gel provided, and has nice hot water although not the best pressure.
The bedroom faces out onto the main road so the traffic noise is relatively loud but there was no noise or disturbances at all from within the building so it seems that the quiet hours are respected.
We were in Flat 3. The oven was so dirty that it was unusable - we tried to heat up leftovers but it started smoking like crazy after being on for only a couple of minutes so we turned it straight off and had to air out the room for over an hour.
There is a big patch of damp and possibly mould that has ruined the flooring in one corner of the dining area under the boiler - we had to push the dining table and chairs away from it in order to avoid stepping on it and keep the kids away from that area during our stay.
The carbon monoxide alarm went off at 1:30am on our first night with an "end of battery life" alert. This isn't the host's fault, of course, however I took the batteries out to stop the noise and messaged the host asking if it could be replaced ASAP but didn't receive any reply.

Pues la amabilidad de las personas a cargo y que el apartamento a pesar de estar en un edificio viejo ,el interior era muy acojedor y limpio .
Pues el barrio donde esta ubicado no tiene nada de interes ,no tiene vida ,no hay apenas negocios al rededor por no decir ninguno .

It was really good, excellent service. The apartment exceeded my expectations and the host was wonderful and very helpful. It was honestly worth the price and i would surely book again.
